We had such a fun time here last Sunday. Kids loved the water slide, all of the bartenders were super friendly. Kids order pizza and chicken from the bar and later we had dinner at the restaurant. Everything came out wonderful with no issues.

Very rude security and staff :/ I was talked to very aggressive and rude for accidentally putting my feet in the 21+ pool. No nice warnings or strikes. I was approached by this girl like she was a bully that found her next victim. After the very rude interactions from the small round girl with turquoise glasses that checks baggage, we were approached again by another shorter cocos cop boy with glasses, who talked very rude to my mother. My family and I had death-stare like looks for the remainder of the time we stayed. Would not recommend going here if you are looking for a good time with good service. I am disappointed and regret spending the money I did there. I think it would be a good idea for the higher up management to check the cameras at each of the security checkpoints on July 26, 2024, to insure your staff is checking everyone’s ID before letting them inside a resort to buy alcohol.

Girls trip to the lake. We had pizza and fried pickles. Both were delicious.

Just make sure you legibly write the tip or cross the tip out on the receipt (or just use cash) or else they will add on a hefty tip for you. My bill was only about $56.30 and once they added the tip, it came to $80.30. I didn’t leave a 24 dollar tip…I don’t think anyone would. It was only a table of 2, I was in my 6 senses when we dined in and when we left, and the pizza just tasted like Tony’s frozen pizza with extra cheese on it. We hadn’t eaten all day so we just put some hot sauce on it and called it a day. The waitress was nice but whoever was checking out the receipts was not being very ethical. We enjoyed our time in the pool and we enjoyed the music but sadly, we will never be going back due to this horrible dine-in experience and what’s worse is they don’t take Apple Pay at the bars down by the pool.

Food was amazing! Atmosphere was great! The drinks were too expensive. I ordered a pina colada for 20$ and it didn’t even taste like there was alcohol in it. The waterpark is $15 per child..

Not a great evening place! Most of the staff were incredibly rude.(except the bartender, she was ok). I was overcharged, didn't stay for longer than 30 mins, wouldn't go back.
Coconuts is a great place to visit on the West Side. Amazing views. Good food. Great music. Friendly staff. Outstanding security. Clean restrooms. Perfect for anyone of any age. Recommend this place over all other Lake Bars with a pool.

First time was decent, pool was cool. They will put a 100$ hold on your card (me and my friends) if you let the bartender keep a tap open. Definitely pay cash the whole time. If you don’t tip on top of the gratuity, They will ignore you if you decide to open another check.

Restaurantji Recommends
Gratuity is figured into the final bill already, but they also leave a tip section open. Pay attention to your bill, this is a shady practice and it was not mentioned when we received the bill. Paying cash is best way. Drinks are very expensive.

Stayed at Lemon drop cottage. Everything seemed pretty good. We had a ton of fun. Few things to note. We were in the middle of no where so don't forget anything. No food to eat near by & the restaurant closed at 7 on a Saturday. Time advertised as 10pm. Seems a little unorganized as far as timing. Rules for home says to take trash to dumpster unless you want to be charged 25$ well the only trash there was is in the rv park. Things were kind of dirty. Cans & cups everywhere. Could use a real nice clean up. If I stayed again I'd definitely bring my rv.

Great place to bring the Littles. Very reasonable prices. I didn't go over to the adult side but it sure sounded like they were having fun.
