My favorite part was when we came in it was said to the person seating us, let their server know this is their first time and seat them by the window....I immediately felt special!! Well played, JJ's! Great food, great service!

We obviously came on a bad night! My wife and I recently went to JJs for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately, our experience was one of the worst we've ever had. On a Saturday night in the off-season, it took over one hour to get our food. We ordered the 16 oz prime rib and the king crab legs. The prime rib was obviously the end cut, and was completely covered in fat. There was a hunk of fat the size of my fist on it, and literally the entire thing was covered in a layer of fat. We sent it back and the waitress (who was extremely nice throughout the evening - the only bright spot!) brought us a ribeye steak instead. It was better than the ribeye, though not by much, and certainly not worth the $40 it cost. For that price, I expect a nice thick juicy steak. Our ribeye was maybe 3/4" thick and had a lot of hard gristle on it. Not the best cut... Clearly the end of the season is not the best time to visit JJs!

My husband and I went to JJ’s last night and it was delicious, the seafood roll was fabulous! Our server, Chelsea, and the host were so nice. We would definitely recommend going here, thanks for the great food and experience!

So disappointed in JJ’s poor customer service tonight. We saw on their website they offer curbside pickup, so we drove down from KC to take advantage of thar. They had 2 designated parking spaces with large signs reading “Curbside Pickup.” They had a few cars in the paring lot but it was not full. We parked in a curbside pickup spot and called to place our order. The woman who answered the phone said curtly, “We’re not doing curbside pickup tonight. We’re too busy.” Then take that off your website and take down your curbside pickup parking signs. That was our last trip to JJ’s.
