Jake's Grovespring Cafe

1 st time, got breakfast plate, real good. Nice atmosphere with the locals. After I was done I sat down to talk to one of the locals. Will be back.

Good place to eat for a quick bite. But the food is way to over priced its always been a tradition to go eat there with the crew after deer hunting. But im gonna be honest and im not trying to bash anyone they do work hard. But I can cook a way better burger than these people. And there portion of fries is very small. So I asked for extra fries and they give me a normal portion instead of the usual small portion and it looked like they just took some fries off my dads plate and put it on mine. And there drinks are $3 and it tasted like it like they needed to fill up the syrup on the dr.pepper very bland basically colored fizz water. My meal was a cowboy burger with fries and a drink it costed me $15 and the burger didnt have much BBQ sauce on it. Not trying to put this place down at all they just need to torque up their cooking and portions. Been going here every deer season for 14 years with the group. Love the at home atmosphere and the southern hospitality. All the waitresses are very kind its always a good time going up there just wish the food would step it up a level.

Pretty good food, service was fair and atmosphere was ok. A good place to eat in Grovespring. I especially like the Veterans discount, which makes me feel like I'm appreciated.

Came in today.. Vicky the cook was very nice and comes out to check and make sure food is good… and it is. And Ryanne (probably not spelling her name correctly) is always very friendly. And of course Sarah is always friendly as well!

Delicious hot breakfast/ good coffee, in a sit down Cafe . Fast friendly service with a smile. Can't wait to go again.
