The food was nasty and the service was terrible. They forgot food, and the food was bland and had no flavor. I'm tired of poor authentic food. Where is abuelitas flavor?

I ordered a chicken chimichanga and got canned chicken in a tortilla without anything else, deep fried to perfection. I knew it was canned chicken because whomever made it forgot to break up the meat from chicken can shape with a fork- super rookie mistake. First and last time for me at the Pueb?

This was my first time. The service was fantastic. Timely. Cozy place. Music wasn't overly loud which was nice. Food was wonderful with large portions. Definitely recommend.

😔I'm a lunch regular and dinner takeout regular. Tonight I arrived 15 before closing and received plastic table service. Tables around us were using regular tableware. When I asked about the plastic all I got was a shrug. I broke the fork cutting my burrito and I'm not sure where the broken piece went. I guess I'll find out tomorrow if I ate it. When your food is average the service should be spectacular. Tonight you lost a regular. I won't be back. You had to wash our plates anyway but you didn't want to issue tableware because you didn't want to wash them? Lame or no es bueno!

Been here a handful of times. Always dirty, the food is sub par and rarely good service. Our chair was covered in duct tape and the wall next to our table covered in food splatter. Sticky table and chairs.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Their incorrect prices have been this way for quite some time. Food tasted sour and chicken was too dry to eat. And if you order to go, they will give you the skimpiest platter, I can't make this up. I will not be going back again. 20 spent and I'm still hungry. Was a 4 dollar platter at best if it wasn't sour tasting.

The person taking my order wasn't able to take my order due to lack of being able to communicate with me. Then after touching the computer, the counter, etc. then grabbing my sides with bare hands without washing them, it was not sanitary at all. I asked him to wash his hands and he didn't, don't know if he understood or could comprehend me or not. Then told me that the time wait for my food was 2 minutes and it ended up being 20.

I had 5 separate Togo lunch orders. For 5 different people. After paying all 5 tabs separately I asked if chips and salsa were included. I was told that the one bag of chips and one container of salsa that just happened to be in the same bag as my order was for all 5 orders. So I guess I was supposed to split that between 5 separate people……
