Drive further to Kathy's Kitchen. Great food & service!!!Besides being accosted by some bible thumper while in line where I couldn't get away from him, this place was highly unprofessional. The green tomatoes sealed the deal. No thanks. Never again.

First off, there were no tomatoes in the container but there were two employees in the back that could of easily cut them up, secondly I was sold a drink even though when I got to the pop machine I realized they had no ice, they were out of Coke, and the pop was warm. I sat down to eat as I watched five more customers by pop without being warned about these issues until after the sale was made. What happened to the days when you were given discounts for lack of product or at the very least warned in advance before you make your purchase.

Subway in Hamilton Missouri.Placed online ordere & sandwiches were made incorrectly. I called right away & was told they would remake NO CHARGE on my next visit. When I went in was THEN told it had been too long even though I had explained that I rarely went that direction. After she said she called & spoke with a regional manager, that only ONE sandwich would be offered from my original order.All the while standing there calling me a liar about the situation she wasn't even there for originally, acting surprised when I reacted & became upset.Then manager refused to fix any sandwich or refund my costs. I WILL never go to another Subway & make sure anyone that ever mentions a Subway restaurant knows why.I would give MINUS stars if it would let me. Worse customer service of any place I have ever been too!!

It took over 40 minutes to get a sandwich. Only 1 worker working. She was doing an amazing job but she could only do so much.If you are in a hurry or have limited time go elsewhere.

I am so disappionted with the sub I ordered tonight !!!!! The "WHEAT" bread I ordered was dried out , and flaky not ti mention tasted freaking ild !!!! Then when I called back there the girl was being like a smart elic ti me. How rude I would not waste your time or money going there PERIOD !!!!!

Due to a latest experience it has made ordering sandwiches scary for me . I ordering here when Pam was taking my order she didn't make my sub right after giving her clear instructions. 10/10 don't recommend .
