Applebee's Grill + Bar

I hate to give this restaurant a three. Applebee's are hard to find where I live. Everything was really good. But I live 40 minutes from this restaurant and picked up my order to go. I got home to find out that the steak dinner that I ordered was just a steak no sides. But the other order was correct.

Restaurant was not clean Some of the younger servers acted like they were put out to wipe the table off. My plate came out with sauce fingerprints on it.

The service is good but they need to get the atmosphere cleaned up the dishes are dirty, the window and window sill you sit by is covered with grade and food. This place needs a good cleaning!

I came in on Friday, was greeted immediately by a smiling face! My husband and I set at the bar, Cori the bartender was awesome. My drink was delicious, I ordered a 12oz ribeye it was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes and garlic green beans were super hot and tasted fresh! The manger Lisa was walking around checking on tables and even stopped by the bar to make sure everything was tasting good. Thanks Harrisonville Applebee’s!

Our waitress Stacy was top notch! Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant sever!! Food came out hot and fresh! We will definitely be back to visit Stacy!

Decided to give Applebee's another time as about four trips prior have been bad with the quality of their food ordered the ribeye steak dinner last night for $29 and my first two bites were nothing but grizzly chewy hard. The steak had no flavor basically the flavor that I did taste was from being on the grill but I didn't taste any seasonings . The other person i was with ordered the same thing and had a big pile of gristle and he ended up leaving behind part of the ribeye steak because the quality was terrible. The picture in the menu showed broccoli with served with the meal but upon ordering was told it was green beans. They stated they didn't serve the broccoli anymore and switched to green beans the green beans were just those fresh green beans which I don't care for. The quesadilla was supposed to be served with some kind of creamy lime sour cream and all we got was plain sour cream and salsa it also took a minute for us to be waited on I understand it was Halloween night but even just the acknowledgment would have been nice. I know that I can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a quality dinner and the same size ribeye which is so tender with no gristle for $25 I don't think we will be going back unless it's to use our free appetizer coupons that we've gotten on our last four to five trips there

My wife and I like to do a little higher quality restaurant unless we're just doing a fast food place like Chick-fil-A. The service was great. The food, you can tell it's microwavable food. Although it's adequate it is definitely nothing to write home about. That's why food gets three stars. Atmosphere it's an Apple's Bee's, they're all the same.

The restaurant had a slightly damp musty smell, but our booth was clean. The food taste and amount were satisfactory. Priscilla, our waitress, was attentive, but not pushy.

10/10 best sit down in town, Great servers, Great service! Everyone is friendly, food is hot and fresh, drinks are cold. Dining area is always clean, so are the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that's live or is traveling through the area.

Note to self don't order the four cheese mac and cheese after 7:30 no cheese sauce straight noodles barely any honey on the chicken tenders crapton of pepper second time this has happened at least this time it doesn't look like fry oil crumbs on top
