Service was a bit slow. But the food was fresh so hard to dock them for that. Girl taking the order was decent. She was helpful but seemed impatient. Food was fresh and good. Chicken sandwich was incorrect and absolutely no napkins with a beef and cheese is a mess. Turnovers being cold was the worst part by far. Also posted a pic of one of my chicken strips. Expensive and then get one that's an inch long.

For some reason this is the only fast food restaurant I've never had bad service at, and in the 20 year's I've been going to this particular one I've only had bad food once and that was a long time ago.

I love Arby's but this location let customers in store wait too long. Some left because of no one offering to take their order. The drive through was the customers being paid attention to.
