Just want to give a shout out the burger king crew tonight. I order me some food not realizing they were almost ready to close. I felt bad because I know what it's like at the end of the day when you're ready to go home and somebody comes in needing something. I apologized for coming so close to closing. They were very nice, kind, and had a very positive attitude. The food was hot and fresh Thanks Tracy and Amanda!

Went here to get a bite to eat after work. They told me it was 5 more minute wait after a 3-4 minute wait to order and I decided to leave. They did not park a car, and NO ONE SHOULD BE TRAPPED for 5+ minutes in drive through. 6:18 pm, no reason why they can't park a vehicle like they had me done before

The manager up there works so hard and does so much I just appreciate her every time I go in how hard she works to make sure everybody's order is correct and fast. You can really tell when a manager cares about their customers and their employees and the quality of service that they put out.

My wife and I stopped by for a late-night buger the other night. The employee (I think her name was Tracy) was in the middle of working on something when we showed up. She immediately stopped what she was doing and gave us her full attention.
The resturaunt was clean and inviting.
We ordered our food and chatted with her while we waited. She was very nice and helpful, suggesting the pick-two menu which worked perfectly for what we wanted.
The other employee had the food done in a just a few minutes. It was hot, tasty and looked like it was supposed to! These days that is hard to find at a fast food place.
Both employees were super friendly and seemed to be in good moods. Again, hard to find at fast food places, especially that late at night.
Many of us here in Harrisonville had stopped going here because it used to be so bad, but recently we had been hearing great things so we decided to try again. So glad we did! Well done!
