If they were able to take more than one order at a time I would give it a five star. The service here is exceptional. It's always accurate. It's always fresh, just slow as heck. Hire some multitaskers!
Don't take my word for it because I'm super biased. Hands down my favorite fast food to eat can eat it everyday and used to when I was on the up hill side of Life.
I go to the Belton mo store all the time and get a breakfast croissant ask to add mayo and every time they do . I went to this store asked for the same . They said we can give you the packets . I’m on my car and who wants to disassemble the sandwich to do so . I comment the Belton store does why can’t you response was a laugh and said it’s cold . If you want things your way don’t go to the Harrisonville mo BK. Called the mgr and the comment was the same boils down to lazy and terrible at doing their job .

Worst Burger King experience I've ever had.Kid at the register couldn't get the order correct without running in the back every item that was ordered. We waited 20 minutes to get our food (it was not busy). Once we got our food it was horrible. The tables were filthy. There wasn't any napkins in the lobby. And when we got our order they only brought us 2 napkins for 4 people.Can't expect much from a Burger King attached to a gas station.
