It's been a long time since I tried Captain D's so I decided to get lunch there with my wife. We went through the drive through and had to wait almost 10 mins. Fish came out hot but all our sides were cold, I also ordered okra (which is an upcharge) and got 7 little okra (expected more) they were overcooked but still cool like it had sat out for a while. The Fish was the only part of the meal that was good. Overall (sadly) not worth it.

I’ve been going to Captain Ds for a couple years annually. This year it was really bad and I’m never coming back probably. I walk in and the employee didn’t even greet me and he just said “What you want” I was looking for the meal deals and I asked him for the meal deal and I asked if I wanted the $40 one or the 19 one I already told him the 19 one. Crab cakes were mushy and not well made.

Haven’t had Captain D’s in years and was excited to stop in. The food was great, but the restaurant was absolutely FILTHY! The bathroom and dining area was disgusting. The guy working the counter was nice, yet the girl working the window with pink hair and goth makeup was absolutely rude as hell. Girl definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Other customers were even talking about her while eating

Went through the drive thru and employee was very nice!! Although the food was terrible!! We got the fish, shrimp and chicken plate. Nothing was good, we definitely won't be back!

If I could rate with negative stars I would. Food was horrible. Employees were amazing dealing with no heat inside the store, they smiled thru the cold. The owner should be ashamed of making them and the customers eat in the freezing store. Quality of food was bad. Rather pay a little more to have heat and normal sized pieces of fish.

The fish tasted like straight dirt no flavor it was nasty I don’t recommend it at
Would give a Zero star but not an option. Went in with my family to order lunch today. The young lady at the register was giving dirty looks. I asked her if something was wrong she said no in a rude manner. She then asked if we was dinning in I said yes . She rolled her eyes gave another dirty look and turned around. I then said we was leaving and that it was disrespectful to treat customers in that manner. Really sad as there isn't a captain ds we're we live. Won't be back and will be calling corporate. I hope Noone else gets treated this way as we did nothing but walk in .

I ordered the $5.99 fish and fries. They gave me chicken. Took it to the counter and they said it's fish. It's clearly chicken but I guess that's why it's the one of two left open in the area. NEVER AGAIN.
