First and last time for Jimmy John's. The sandwich was poorly made. They give you no choice of veggies or what you want on your sandwich. Everybody doesn't like mayonnaise and boy do they pile it on. I guess that's all they have, yuk!! The staff acted like a deer caught in headlights in front of a vehicle đł. Nope, not going back!!

Last night my daughter and I went in and got a 30 pack party box. Victor went above and beyond to help tell me how the party packs work, because I had never ordered it before. Victor was very patient with us and deciding on what options we were going to get. Also Victor never once got a attitude with what he had to make for our party box. Victor made our late night experience great! And I am so thankful for him and what he did!

Went to the store on 11/8 at 645pm and they were closed. No signs up about being out of food or short-staffed, so not sure why it was closed

donât order on doordash after 8, cus you wonât get it. my order was supposed to arrive at 8:35 and i finally cancelled it after an hour of waiting. called the location twice, they answered, didnât say anything, then hung up after 10 seconds. i just really wanted a sandwich man

Very long waits, even when you are the only one there. Food has really gone down hill. You get less and even the less is worse. Soda has been flat last two times I've gone when ordering ahead.
I grew up eating out. It is convenient and used to be good value for your money. With all the price hikes and shrinkflation... time to start eating at home... ?

Jimmy Johnâs, you are canceled, in our family at least. We went to get sandwiches today while traveling, I was giving the lady our order, I ordered my daughterâs sandwich first, itâs just salami and cheese, super easy. Then I told her which sandwich I would like, she says, âDo you want cheese on that?â I know my face gave her a super confused look, Iâve never been asked if I want cheese on a Jimmy Johnâs sandwich before. I say, âYes, please.â In my head Iâm like, âWhat? Why is she asking if I want cheese? Do people not want cheese on their sandwich?â I order the next sandwich, same thing⊠âDo you want cheese on that?â Iâm kind of getting annoyed at this point, what do you mean do I want cheese? Of course I want cheese. In my head Iâm really trying to reason this cheese thing, Iâm thinking, âMaybe people just really donât like cheese.â I say, âYes, please.â Last sandwich, same thing. I think I rolled my eyes, but mustered a, âYesâ. I get my receipt and yâall they charged $1.99 PER SANDWICH for paper thin cheese! I thought this economy was nuts, but this is highway robbery! We got the smaller sized sandwiches too! What sandwiches donât come with cheese!?!? $41 for 3 regular sandwiches, 1 âLittle Johnâ and 1 bag of chips⊠you gotta be kidding me!

Over 10 min wait with n9b9dy else inline 6 employees begind the counter.. NOT VERY FREAKING FAST... and sandwiches where the worst slopply made sandwiches. I love Jimmy John's but this store... omg.. Jimmy please fix this....
