We paid $33 dollers for only 8 pieces of chicken and waited for 25 min. And we wanted a refund but the manager said "NO we don't do refunds.

Gal working the window was sweet. Very personable. But I was asked to pull around the building to wait for my food when there was no one behind me. Not a big deal...fresh food, right? Wrong. Everything but my biscuit was cold! Not what I was after on cold day; especially for the price. Mashed potatoes and gravy are just yuck when cold. (And, yes, I ate immediately after leaving the parking lot.) Used to love this place...not anymore đŸ˜„

I love KFC. But most of their food takes a lot of time to cook and they can't always predict how many customers that will come thru so be prepared to be patient or be flexible later in the evening.

Stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes waiting for a fork. I said excuse me. So many people walked past and didn’t offer to help. The food was good but they have terrible attitudes. I saw what I think was the manager grabbing chicken without gloves. Overall not a good experience. Will not be back. Also the bathrooms are discussing

Food was good but the service was terrible. They ignored me and my friend for 10 minutes at the counter while multiple people looked at us. We said, “excuse me,” and they just walked away. One girl just told us we need to wait. When they finally came over the girl on the headset was rude when we asked for sporks because they forgot them. People were also eating food in the kitchen around other food. I also saw the girl on the headset go from touching the order taking screen and taking money to making food without washing her hands. Was very disappointed by this visit.

Parking: A crap ton of huge potholes in the parking lot. I don’t know if I drove in a parking lot or on the moon.

How do you run out of chicken? Unbelievable. This has happened so many times over the last few years at this location when going through the drive thru for dinner. Last week she said, "I'll just tell you what we do have!"

If I could give less than a on star I would!

I have gave this place more than one chance. One time I used the app and when I went to get the food they were out of almost everything I had ordered. And since I had ordered it online I couldn’t get refunded. Then after several months I tried again and went in and ordered. Got the food and drove the 30 mins home to find out that half the chicken we ordered wasn’t in the bag. I guess my fault for not checking the bag. So I called them the women who answered the phone knew what order was mine without me telling her. She said if I drive back in there they would give me the rest of my order. I told her that it was a 30 min drive. She tells me that I could get it the next time I was up there. I told her I would be on my way. I drive all the way back up there and they don’t have any cooked and was told it would be another 30 mins before they would have any done. It was six chicken strips. Now it’s going to be 8:00 before I am headed home and 30 min drive. If I could give a lower than on star I would

We told them several times that we had a coupon and they ran our card for a 16 pc meal and a famous bowl. The coupon was for $32 and they ran our card for $61. Then was told “we are really busy right now and that’s a lot of steps to put the money back in your card”
