They ran out of biscuits because of a large order before me.. I was willing to wait 16 minutes so they gave me double biscuits and plenty of butter and honey. I ordered 4 and got 8.Parking: I went through drive thru

Stood inside for 15 minutes. Also noticed the entire floor of dine in area was greasy and slippery with no slippery floor signs. Was not acknowledged for entire time. Finally noticed and we were told he would be there in a second. After waiting 5 more minutes we left. The company's short staff should not be out problem and is not our fault. Either do better or people will continue to go elsewhere and get full service for same price including tip.

I was asked to fill out a survey which I did on my phone and then it's still giving me a code and wanted me to download the app I walked over to the cashier and they put their name on the receipt and said that they need the code they still go on ahead and give me the free sandwich with an order of another sandwich. So yes I thought this was great service the food is great and the atmosphere was great thank you very much KFC!Parking: There are always plenty of parking spots available spaces are free most of the time most all of the handicapped parking spots are available too and it's easily accessible by wheelchair.Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs available and they also have a hat I think that the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is easily accessible by the wheelchair even the restrooms and the counter even the seating is adjusted for wheelchairs.

We stopped in to eat lunch Sunday January 7, 2024 at noon. They had someone doing sheet rock work, unprotected in the dining room. He was sanding and standing on the tables. He had no concerns for the paying customer. He walked into the kitchen, where food was being prepared and served, dusting his hands off. You could see the sheet rock dusting flying through the air, where the food was be prepared and served from. He was going to stand on the table next to us to sand and I asked him to not do that while we were eating. He said, oh. We questioned him about sanding around the food and paying customer, and dusting his hands off while walking through the kitchen. His answer was, " I don't work with chicken." We asked why he dusted his hands of while walking through the food preparation area, he said, yeah. We will not be going back.

Have seen the chicken strip in a tortilla,,tasted good ( years ago),,,but today,,OMG I spit it out,,,tasted like cooked in oil that a old bass was cooked in,,,,nastyAbout 7 years ago, you could get a wrap, with 2 pieces of chicken,,,tomatoes,,lettuce mayo,,and it was dam good,,,NOW it is not dam good, but dam nasty,,,good grief,,just think what the one with macaroni taste like,,,,,AND ,AND so small, I'm done KFC,,,they need to move on,,,or go Back to 10 years ago when it was good the whole thing was 6 inches( sh said) the meat, 4 inches, and I think there was a pickle,,

I was sitting at the drive through for 10 minutes before someone said anything. Then they were talking amongst each other in the background for the next 10+ minutes before taking my order. Not the first time the night crew has neglected the drive through. They've also stopped taking orders 30 minutes before closed. I work night shift it can be hard to find places that have good employees and fresh food for us.

The food was great we got a order to go. Buy the extra crispy chicken if u can cause it really good. We love the mashed potatoes and gravy too.Parking: The parking sucks when we pulled in a person just drove over the barrier cause there is only one entrance and one exit. But the rest of the restaurants right next to it are all open parking so we couldn't just drive up there we had to go out and around to the Walmart and then turnaround and go back so I can pull in on the right hand side of road. Very frustrating.Wheelchair accessibility: Has wheelchair accessibility. Also has big doors for the wheel chairs.

Walk in for take out. Ordered all dark original. Told there was none available and none in the fryer. Requested 8 piece Krispy all dark. Received 2 thighs 2 wings 2 breasts. Chicken was old, tough and not good at all. Biscuits were just bad.Young woman who appeared to be the manager, seemed completely unmotivated, unresponsive, elsewhere. Another patron, who was waiting on a pickup, was asked if she had been helped and she responded that she was "waiting on a pickup ". The manager responded "oh yeah, we're just barely getting started on that". No chicken in the fryer, apparently piecing my order together, just terrible customer service.My father has already called KFC and received a voucher, so I'm not looking to snag a duplicate.I just want management to be aware of the horrible food and service .I ordered 8 piece all dark Krispy mashed potatoes gravy coleslaw biscuits. I couldn't recommend any of it.
