The pizza was pretty good. It could have been cooked a little longer, but I suppose I could have requested them to do so. Great service when I picked it up. I will order from here again, though I don't think I prefer it over a place like Pizza Hut, as Mazzio's is a bit more expensive.

We ordered delivery tonight 11/7/2024, and while the delivery was excellent, the sandwiches were 2/3 the size they were a month or so ago. What used to take me 2 meals to eat a sandwich, I ate it in one sitting. Ridiculous. Looks like the bag of potato chips are smaller as well.
Don't expect us to order from you again.

So I just experienced the absolutely WORST customer Service from Kerry at this restaraunt! They messed up my order I placed online for carry out, and when calling to ask for a credit after describing how the order was incorrect, this girl puts the phone down and I can hear her speaking to whoever and was not relating the complaint correctly. Then, another girls gets on the phone very nice by the way, and I tell her the issue then Kerry jumps back on the phone and is totally RUDE! I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was too busy. I called her out in being rude and told her I was the customer and they messed up and to be a little empathetic. Then she had the audacity to get very short and trite with me! You just lost our business forever! Shame too, cuz your food is good, but your employee just ruined it! I don't care how busy your are, your customers pay your bills! Next time, put the customer on hold so they don't hear you shit talk them! That is what pissed me off! Never again! Something so simple could have just been handled with an apology and a credit toward my next order like I requested.

Ordered via phone, was told 20 minutes. Arrived 30 min later to be told it would be “just a couple more minutes “. That turned out to be 40 additional minutes. Was told there was a “printer issue”- but other people came in, ordered, and got their pizza before we did. Very frustrating.

I went there on 8/16/24 and placed a to go order. Wasn’t givin a receipt for my order. Made it all the way to Adrian before realizing the order was wrong. Called and after 5 minutes of back and forth they claim they can’t find my order and of course I had paid cash. Then proceeded to argue that they showed me the order screen and I agreed it was correct when in fact they had not. Then argued about making the order right or refunding me. A 10 minute phone call that should have went way different and they made me feel like I was in the wrong. We won’t be going back again.
