Placed order on kiosk. Then sat for approx 20 minutes yet no food came. When I went to check they told me that they had lost the order. They then took my receipt to make the order. When we got the food it was luke warm and bland. Soda was also flat. Horrible experience. Normally you can count on McDonald's for consistency !!

I haven't ate anything from McDonald's in some time. I decided to try it out again. Ordered a #3 with a coke. Quarter pounder with cheese, large fries and a large coke. Received a double quarter pounder with large fries and large coke. I have eaten at McDonald's since I was a kid in the late 60's and have never had anything worse than was served to me today. Under cooked, no flavor, fries were the same. I will not be back

Drive-thru has been slow lately. I'm not sure if it's coffee orders or what slows it down but they never have any one pull forward anymore that holds the line up

The service was absolutely terrible. My family and I were in the drive thru, and were asking to make sure we had everything, the lady was so snobby. Turns out, we did not in fact have the one thing we asked numerous times for her to double check we did. So I went inside, and this elderly couple were in front of me, sweetest people, and the cashier was so incredibly rude to them. My regards go to that poor couple who got horrible service.

Look, when places pretty much tell, not actually, but they don’t post someone at the register so you have to use the dumb kiosk. Then with the restaurant having only a few families to serve, you think it’d be relatively quick. It took quite a while for a simple order. But the kicker is, we chose to eat inside, and grabbed the little “tent” and everything. They brought the food out in bags instead of using the trays like you normally would. The food WAS killer though, not gonna lie. The manager or whoever was on drive thru sounded nice while I was waiting for someone at the front to get my cups. Ps those kiosks are cool in concept, but I would rather speak to a human❤️
