I typically pick up my order at the window. The employees who greet me as I drive up have always been very kind, and happy, and always ask me if there is anything else they can get me. Such as napkins, parmesan cheese, peppers, etc. I never have to wait. Usually, my order is ready to go as soon as I pull up to grab my order. On the downside. Pizza Hut pizza just doesn't taste the same as I clearly remember it from years past. I usually order pan. It seems more like a toss-up between hand-tossed/pan. Skimpy on the toppings! Not even close to enough sauce when ordering the boneless garlic parm wings. Which should come with the customer's choice of dipping sauces. However, not once have I received this. It's so expensive these days to enjoy ordering from one of your favorite places. Only to be let down by the food itself!!! Just not the same. 😏🍕🍗

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Very easy to access if using a wheelchair. Both for parking and entering the restaurant.

Waited 10 minutes to be seated. Server was not very attentive or prepared. Had to remind him to bring stuff we requested several times. Only salad dressing they had was ranch. When the salads were brought to the table, each was accompanied by 2 cups of ranch dipping sauce. Pizza was very bare and toppings didn't even cover the pizza. No refills were made or attempted. Horrible experience. Will not return.

Why is it when I use reward points to order something, you seem to always say that you never received the order, even when I have a screenshot of my order confirmation? I have to fight to get the points back, so if I want something that you owe me as a loyalty reward at that time, I have to pay for it. Today the female at the window actually smiled when she said, "I ain't got no orders." I can't get my pizza, but you can get all the attitude you can eat. No more $200 Saturday lunch orders for you.

My daughter invited me and my husband to stop in at Pizza Hut in Harrisonville to help celebrate our grandson’s seventh birthday. Our daughter and her children got there first. She had to seat herself and the children because employees were outside vaping and the employee inside told her she had to finish up the order she was working on. A male employee came over and took her order. In the mean time, a family came in and asked for a table. They got seated and received service. I came in and sat down with my daughter and her children. Shortly after I arrived my daughter’s pizza was delivered by a female. The female or male NEVER came back to check on us. I had to go ask if I could get a drink, which the female did bring out to me. My husband arrived and joined us. NO one came to see if he needed a drink. My daughter ordered a small pizza for her father and it arrived shortly after he got there. The whole time that we were there the other family was checked on several times by the male who I was told was the boss. From the time my daughter and her family got there till the time we left NO Employee checked on our table. We had to ask for silverware and drinks. The two cheese shaker were empty. VERY Poor Service. If you want poor service this is the Pizza Hut for you. I won’t be back, I’ll take my service across the street to o Casey’s’s.

Was in there at 630 to 645 take out 2 pizzas wings bread sticks and brownie they where busy short staffed Wings no sauce gave guy up front tip no thank you or nothing and was in my opinion not nice about it. Not good this day and age the amount of money we are spending on stuff. But it is what it is. Right ??♂️

Just hot charged over 50 dollars for 2 medium pizzas and a 2 liter Pepsi. Really 22 dollars and change apiece for a medium pizza

Huge props to Jessie. She ran the store practically by herself and provided excellent service. She was attentive, kind, and a great server. I wish she had more help though, just so all that stress isn’t on her. The food is classic Pizza Hut food, but with some special menu items (for example I got a ham sandwich and fries). Everything came out hot and was very good. We had no problems with our food and overall had a great experience!

Pizza was ok just not good selection on the buffet. Salad bar was not fresh and not very many choices. Was very disappointed ? overall. Employees was not friendly never check back on any tables.
