Boo, new management please

Connie

It's gone downhill, last two times they put very little cream in my coffee, I ask for more and they act stupid about it. I dumped my drink out at Walmart bcuz it looked so gross and I tipped them.

Was not happy today. Ordered a drink. Have $2 off the candy cane game for a drink. Couldn't use it cause the scan machine was down. Liked to know this before I placed my order.

When I go to Scooters coffee, Lauren always takes great care of me. This is the only Scooters, or coffee shop for that matter, I will go to. The coffee is great, but Lauren always finds a way to make my day better which is why I love going

Got the new peppermint mocha, it had no flavor at all. Seems to be the new Scooter's trend everywhere I go. Sticking with Starbucks from now on.

I ordered a sugar free mocha latte & I got the regular.. I am diabetic and have been quite ill. I know that sugar free can be a joke for employees, but I'm not trying to pretend diet. this could be dangerous for type 2 diabetics!

Dietary restrictions: sugar free means no sugar!
