Don’t usually rate any place but if someone orders a pretzel twist that COMES with a cheese cup they should probably get that with the order. Seems to be a reoccurring thing.

I really can't rate Atmosphere, but the burgers were all over cooked. Burnt edges with a bad taste. By far the worst burger purchased. When a meal costs $15+ (a Double with Onion rings), I expect better. I have gotten better. The grill needs to be cleaned and don't burn the burger over the fear of making it slightly pink. It almost tastes like bad fish.
I have the receipt to prove proof of purchase. And yes it is a waste of time to drive there to get a replacement or some sort of coupon for another meal.
The problem is with the consistency. We need people who actually care about the quality of Workmanship. I know it's not the greatest job but I remember flipping burgers and it did matter to me what went out. Every burger was cooked as best as I could and I cared what Mr and Mrs Smith got.
It's about the Brand and how and what we do do to make it shine.

The prices for any of the Ice Cream Products now is Absolutely Ridiculous! Soft serve Ice Cream doesn't cost that much to justify how Expensive the prices are!

Never have an issue in the morning or from 2 to 4pm. I enjoy my sonic drinks and think the car hop girls are very friendly . I perfer this sonic from the one from home.Jenny and Ed are supper friendly.

I rode a bike there and I'm an older lady and was out of breath.The nicest lady that works there got my order without going to the machine. I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent service.
