I'm so sick of these limited time options, my husband loves sonic so I get stuck here all the time and I dont like their main items really. I like their queso chicken wrap their fried pickles and I'm sick of getting something I like on the menu just for it to get taken away again.
I came in last Saturday it was pretty late. I was having a bad day and then unfortunately my order had onions on it which I specifically asked without onions. The manger who I learned was Bryan came out personally and asked me what the problem was, he apologized and told me this would never happen again, he went inside and made my order exactly how I wanted it to perfection, he made it seem like I was his only priority and after a day like I had that's exactly what I needed,...
I just came in and my order wasn't what I initially ordered, the manager Bryan came out and was professional and made everything right, he spoke to me and my wife with no mamn and no sir, yes mamn and yes sir. I was so irritated until Mr. Bryan came out and made everything right. If I had a business Bryan would be the type of man I would hire 10/10
