Super busy, ladies were nice, but toppings weren't stocked, breads were out of stock, and only one employee really knew what they were doing and the prices charged, were for fully made, well made sandwiches, with adequate topping amounts. And bugs running around. Be wary

How this Subway is still going is beyond me..They NO bread options but white and wheat, not well stocked…My family and I were told they don't have one topping and another but miraculously when the person right in line behind you asks- they suddenly have it bc only one employee of the two on the line was willing to go to the back to get things. And the bugs ..to which they say “oh my God- I have no idea how that happened”….save yourself the money and the trip ☠️ ew.

I have been to this location 3 times. All during dinner hours. They have been out of bread every time. The staff is always apologetic, but place blame on the previous shift. More staff need to know how to make bread.

In order to make sure you get what you pay for, you better go in to the store. Otherwise, ordering for delivery you will get BURNED. I ordered a double meatball sandwich, and they only put 6 meatballs but made sure they charged my card. Also, when I called, Aly VERY condescending. I would go to the subway at love's truck stop.

Seriously! Only place that would not male a pizza sub! " can't have the sauce without the meat balls" when I ask the manager be said " cross contamination!" How!!!!? All your doing is putting it on there with no meatballs! There NOTHING CROSS

It took us 40+ minutes to recieve our online order, even after arriving for pickup. The sandwhich wasn't supposed to be toasted but was, and was supposed to be double meat and cheese and was definitely not. Not the usual standard for this Subway.

I thought I would try ordering again at this subway - 3rd time, 3rd screw up. Ordered online, got to the restaurant and hit I'm here button. Sat and waited... and waited... and waited… finally went in and got - we were waiting for you to come in as we don't have flatbread. At noon???? Not having flatbread didn't upset me as much as - we were waiting for you to come in.... I ordered online so I didn't have to come in - I have the flu, a cold or covid - not sure, so by they staff making me come in, puts lots of people in danger of becoming ill. Then she proceeded to help several other customers before coming back to me. At that point - I'M MAD!!!!! Cancelled my order - the entire order and went to Culvers. MUCH NICER PEOPLE FOR SURE!!! She was rude. Terrible customer service!!! And 7-10 to get my refund????? That is wrong. Subway in Harrisonville has definitely lost my business. Subway in general is getting close. I like the fresh sandwiches but not rude obnoxious people.
