Drive thru is the priority and no one to take a order. All screens to order people have no idea what customer service is. Just a bunch of taco manufacturers and not employees

So, being (as far as I'm aware) one of the first dozen or so customers to ever have nacho fries in the area, I'm addicted. Imagine my disappointment then, when I drive up at 130 AM and nobody will answer the drive through, or come to the window. How disappointing. BUT...

The daytime manager, Lexi, the next day was very kind and sweet, and took right care of me. Thank you so much for letting me be shameless and feeding my addiction.

Over 15 minutes to get food and didn't even get it right. Its not fast food at any Taco Bell anymore. Constantly get it wrong, and food will not even be hot.

Upon entering the establishment, I was immediately disheartened by several issues that reflected poorly on the facility’s standards. The restroom was in a deplorable condition: the floor was not only dirty and slick but also showed clear signs of neglect, including visible urine on the toilet and a complete absence of toilet paper. Furthermore, the ordering process was handled exclusively by a kiosk, and there was no staff available to address customer inquiries. The beverage area was poorly maintained, with unclean items and insufficient stock, and the lobby had not been properly cleaned. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this establishment and believe it would benefit from an unannounced inspection by the health department to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Slower than a 7 year itch. Went in at 10:30 on a Saturday, was the only person in there and still haven't got my food and I've been waiting for 20 mins

NEVER COMING TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN. Service was absolutely horrible and food was cold and not fully cooked. They need to hire new(non-lazy) employees!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVENT ENJOYED EATING TACO BELL!!

Night shift really makes the food great it's never skimpy like alot of other taco bell stores. Staff is friendly and quick to correct any mistakes. This rarely happens. This crew is competent at their jobs. Thanks for raising the bar guys. I highly recommend dinner at this location.

This location has become the standing joke for quite a while now. I love Taco Bell, but this location is awful. I always go through the drive thu, expect to spend, no less than 10+ minutes there. For the longest time, no one knew if the lobby was even open. The outside lights would be off, and no one inside during what should be peak hours. The food leaves a lot to be desired. Tacos contain very little meat, etc, in the middle. 95% of the time, our order has been wrong. We don't know it until we get all the way back home. It's a complete gamble if you'll even get close to what you ordered. Is there even a manager at this location? No one at this location cares whatsoever.

Open the lux box and found the cheese sauce open and spilled. Also was on the high side so it could have came like that before opening it

Waited over 30 minutes when 3rd in line last night (1/11). Employees yelling, making inappropriate comments (some about the orders), and playing around. Tall employee at window even had sagging pants to his knees (orange boxers clearly out). Had 2 things. Order was still messed up. Over priced for quality (food looked questionable - didn't eat) and service.
