I am super disappointed in the service at this Wendy's. The Employees are extremely rude, told me that they were short handed when I simply asked for my food to be put in separate bags for the 4 BIGGIE BAGS that were ordered. These were going to different equipment operators, at different job sites. The lady at the window rolled her eyes at me and stormed off. Another lady came to give me my food that was separated and acted as though I were the biggest inconvenience that they had ever had. Unprofessional, Rude, and inconsiderate of the customers. ALSO I must add there were absolutely NO cars behind me in the drive-thru.

New manager needs a reality check. You can't be a giant c you next Tuesday to customers AND your staff. The food sucks because people don't want to work there and be treated like that and I don't blame them. This psycho lady's screaming at everyone and degrading them everytime I come in. She's screamed at my kids before too. Calling the health department because Jesus Christ.

I was not very pleased with the last couple of times I have visited this establishment. The stat s gave the impression that they didn't want to be there and could care less that you were there and made the experience very rush and unpleasant. And on top of that my food was not that great My cold coffee was not made correctly and I don't think they could have made my sandwich any messier than it was.
The gentleman that waited on me& my sister was awesome,my sister had a broken jaw,so he helped us order stuff that would be easy to eat for her.
