The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

The food here is amazing! Might be my favorite fast food burger joint. The staff at this particular location is super friendly. Will stop here anytime I'm going by!!!
I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeƱo ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.

Rudest employees and most incompetent drive thru asked me to pull foward 10 minutes later a employee in throwing my food in my driver side window when I asked about ketchup she was rude when I got home I realized I was missing a meal.
