On 4/8/25, I sent in a complaint via their website. As is obvious from this posting date, one week has passed and not one communication from Whataburger. It is CRM: 00280846787, even though I’m quite sure this matters not at all to this company.
A week ago, I was a recoverable customer. Heck, yesterday they could have won me back. Ignore your customers for a week when they have a complaint? Naw. No coming back.
Even better, the complaint was about being completely ignored at a location in Texas.
**Disappointing Experience at Harrisonville Whataburger**
I recently visited the Harrisonville Whataburger and was extremely disappointed with my order. Not only was my drink missing, but my food order was also incorrect. The cobb salad was missing its key ingredients, chicken and tomatoes. How can a salad be a cobb salad without those? And the burger, specifically ordered without tomatoes, arrived with them.
It's frustrating to pay for a meal and not receive what you ordered. I hope Whataburger takes steps to improve their order accuracy and quality control.

Best fast food experience I’ve had in a while. Patient staff and very attentive manager. Felt like they actually wanted me to be eating here. Which is more than I can say about a lot of places

Took a long time over 20min to get our order. We did online order and pulled up to a number and waited. Then the burgers were dry and nothing on them and they didn't give any napkins or the sauce we ordered.
5 stars for the great and friendly greating. Fries tastes like not as good McDonald's fries. At first I thought the burger was just average, but I took off the top bun and the meat itself tastes really good with really good seasoning. Think they need to make the bun not so big so you can enjoy the flavor of the burger

The service is terrible, the wait is always so long and there are so many workers just standing around. The people that do work there are so rude, like I am interrupting. I have reached out to Whataburger about issues 4 times in the last year or 2 and never got one response.
First time at Whataburger. It was amazing. Fries were better than than the number 1 rated for their fries. Burger was super ? Very friendly staff and they check on you. I would highly recommend it.

Ordered online to pick up in drive. Ordered a shake but they were cleaning the machine so they offered me some dessert instead. Very nice service and the food was great!

Food was ok, but specific request for mayonnaise on both sandwiches I ordered was ignored and this isn't the first time it has happened. It could possibly be the way it is being rung up as I haven't had this problem at other locations. Also, the wait time at this location is a little longer than most. I was the only car in the drive thru and paid for my food immediately, but then sat for about 5 minutes before I received my drink and then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. Never received an explanation as to why...would encourage more communication. I will continue to visit this establishment as I want them to succeed, but hope some of these types of issues can be resolved.
