It is a rare occasion when I can give an establishment 5 stars in all categories. Backroads pizza exceeded my expectations. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly with recommendations from the menu. The pizza was amazing (lunch special with salad). The crust was baked to perfection, perfectly browned. The toppings were perfect for the size of the pizza and the canadian bacon had the perfect char on the edge (i had the Hawaiian pizza). Was in the area traveling on business but will definitely be making a trip back!!! Thank you Backroads for a very nice lunch.

I got the Philly ribeye. Veggies were cooked perfect w/ sweet peppers and cheese. Steak was medium like I ordered and had good flavor. Waitress came by 4 or 5 times was very attentive in asking if I needed anything. Nice little place. Never been there but will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and huge portions. The staff was friendly and took very good care of us. The country atmosphere made the experience even better. It’s what Cracker Barrel wishes it was.
Really wanted to like this place because I believe it’s the only restaurant in town that doesn’t allow smoking. We have been or ordered take out 3 times and I’m not sure we will be back. The food is ok with very high prices, they don’t have a burger on the kids menu which is unfortunate because my son is allergic to the ingredients in everything else on the kids menu so we have to order him an $11 burger, the last burger we got him to go was extremely pink in the middle so when we got home, I had to re cook the burger. The pizza is cooked just until the cheese melts, so if you want a good pizza you have to ask for it to be cooked longer. Just disappointed because everything we’ve ordered has just been “ok” with a high price.

This was our first visit. Everything was delicious! We had several appetizers, toasted ravioli, fried pickles, and spicy fried cheese. All were perfect. My mom had a delicious looking pizza that was loaded with a ton of ingredients. She said it was very good. My boyfriend got the pasta con broccoli that I was totally jealous of. He said it was delicious. I tried it, and it absolutely was. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce it was good, but I was distracted by my boyfriend's dish! The place was very clean. And the decor was interesting and unique. I will definitely go back and soon! My only regret is that I didn't take photos of the place or its delicious food. But there is always next time! 10 / 10!
