It’s Arby’s what do you expect?
Give Zay a raise before he goes someplace that pays the man what he’s worth. We had a ten minute conversation about mustaches and I like to think this put him in a prime position to be CEO material. So pay him before he walks away for good with an outstanding stache and starts his own competitor restaurant. One that serves quality food AND genuine authentic humanity with every interaction. These traits are hard to find and they don’t belong behind the cash register. If you don’t want competition you can’t hold a candle to, you’d better start paying the man before the mustache grows in the rest of the way. You see, it takes a special kind of person to rock this kind of facial hair. It isn’t for the faint of heart. It isn’t just grown. No. It’s earned. I’m a veteran and mentor of the mustache community, and I provided him with fail-proof tips for success. He already had the drive to do it, but maybe I gave him the nudge he needed to actually do the damn thing. If he isn’t here when you—the reader and visitor see this review—you’ll know he’s grown a full stache he can be proud of and ain’t takin no more crap from Arby’s. You’re welcome, Zay. Keep fighting the good fight and never shave it. Or do what I do and just tell people you keep forgetting to shave your upper lip twice a week until it falls off your face.

I ordered thru the app, an got a lot of attitude from the person who look like a Tyrone mixed with a Sharita. I called him a ma'am an got snapped on. Guess I got my pronoun wrong. I told them my name an they said ain't no order for my name an much more. I was told they ain't have to serve me an suggested that i go thru the app to get a refund. I tried, but the app told me to call the store. They was making a scene an seem like they wanted everybody to know like he wanted to fight. I guess my order popped up on the screen cause the other 2 employees gave me my order. I just hope it don't make me sick since i already paid for it. I was trying to stay out the way that's why I ordered in the app. Some ppl don't need to be in customer service. I would've asked him for a refund, but i didn't want any problems, so no thx!

Food was awful and cold. Not 1/2 pound of meat on 1/2 beef, maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of cheddar. No sauerkraut on Reuben. Ketchup was in Arby's sauce container.

The African-American young lady with the large eyelashes I waited in line in front of the cash register while she totally ignored me wow she was having a conversation with another young lady with two kids I'm standing there waiting to give my order has she totally ignored me and tell a young man from the back came and took my order don't know if she was off work on break but she's behind the counter and full uniform very unprofessional her name on her name tag says nihya

I’ve never been let down by Arby’s before, Hayti Arby’s located in the Pilot gas station changed that for me. I’ve never had the Beef And Cheddar with a red sweet sauce in it. It was like the Arby’s sauce but much sweeter. Didn’t ask for it and never had it before. Hope I never have it again. Mixed with the cheese sauce it was an abomination.
Edit. Apparently it’s called Red Ranch sauce and it’s normal for it to be there. For reason, thankfully, in Missouri this sauce is left off. Again, thankfully.

Again, these 2 for $7 Ham and Swiss are hard to pass up. This location served them with a bun just a little staler than usual but the meat and cheese pairing is great and the curly fries were hot and fresh. Cashiers are joyful and the service itself was fast. As typical for fast food connected to a truck stop the lobby itself was in a disarray but I managed to find a clean seat without too much struggle.

Waited 15 minutes for my sandwich to come out cold. Didn't even bother asking for it warmed since the customer service wasn't the best either.

Was good service (was handed the wrong food ) and witch they remade my food with no problems and they offered this or that witch i was thankful for them just remaking my food. Good and honest people 👏 thanks

Shout out to the Lady Manager that is working Thursday night 3-13-25 She is a real professional She acknowledged me and told me my order would be right up and was directing employees and getting everybody to do their job teaching and pointing out what needed to be done That place wouldn't know how to run without her She is a legend

Manager (she said she was the general manager) had an extremely unprofessional attitude. Asked for a large potato cake with my order and she said it’s against policy to serve potato cakes after breakfast.
When did this become a thing? Just last week i ordered potato cakes at night and got my order with no problem.
So i declined to finish my order and walked away with the “manager” still raising her voice at me across the restaurant into the pilot truckstop.
Some people do NOT need to be any type of manager.

Won’t get off there phones long enough to do anything literally two employees showing eachother fbook posts with me and others waiting to give order then once they got order went right back to being on phones
