we stopped in yesterday after coming from northwest Tennessee. the rib plate was delicious. ribs so tender. loved the slaw. plentiful Cajun frys plentiful. the employees are so nice.

This place has some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! It’s a little hole in the wall place, but it’s amazing. So much flavor in all their food. We had ribs, pork, fries and onion rings. It’s all incredible! And the people are super friendly and caring. This will definitely be a place we come back to when we’re in the area!

Stopped in for the first time today and it was amazing. So friendly from the time you walk in until you leave. Best pulled pork and fries I’ve had. Huge serving for a good price! Great food great service. 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trip Advisor reviews didn’t disappoint! The brisket- plate special was very good and enough food for 2 or 3 eaters. The sides of beans and baked potato salad were also delicious. The BBQ Sunday was a unique culinary experience that was excellent. Glad we found Chubby’s when traveling I-55 near Hayti. There are both table and carry-out service options.

The ribs were tender, falling off the bone, and not overly sauced. We were passing through on our way from MI. Darcy was great. She said the ribs were good and they were, and she warned us the coleslaw had vinegar dressing. The baked potato salad served hot was delicious. The baked beans were a tiny bit spicy, but yum. It was warm and cozy inside on a cold night. We felt very welcome and were happy we’d stopped.
