The employees were friendly. This place was filthy though. Floor was so greasy it was like walking on ice rink. Tables were dirty and there was soda and ice all over the fountain drink area. The buffet looked disgusting, no chicken on it and everything else was dried it and crusty. The manager for this place should be fired.

This place is horrible. Do not get the buffet is a waste of money, they only give you old chicken, and it is hard to get crispy chicken especially. They just give you what they have in the Box they do not make you any fresh. The ice machine was broke on the outside so they had you dipping a cup into a bucket of ice to get your ice, the place is very unsanitary. Don't waste your money!

The worse service I've experienced at any KFC's before , cold tasteless food , the employees act like there doing you a favor by being there. Needs management severely.

The employees were friendly, but they were lazy when it came to cleaning up the store. It seemed that when they had no or few customers that they just stood around and didn't do the cleaning that needed to be done. Also I noticed that they chose to park close to the doors instead of leaving them for the customers. We had the buffet and the food was good, considering that we were there around 2 pm. But by the time we left they were not getting it ready for the evening shift. I feel like the store manager should be replaced with someone who will make the employees work to clean up the restaurant.
