Much nicer inside than outside. Building exterior is uninviting but interior is very nice and comfortable. The food is comfort based and good. Years ago they served an awesome pulled pork sandwich that I was disappointed not to see offered. Maybe it was a special but was so memorable for me.

When my husband and I asked for a recommendation of where to eat in Hayti, we didn't expect the gem that is Patty Ann's. The food was EXCELLENT, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. The owners are cooking, from scratch, excellent southern staples and serving generous portions. And don't pass up the *from scratch* dessert bar! We're planning to drive back the same way just to eat here again on our way home. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

From the clean and relaxing decor to the truly homemade food, this place defines a hidden gem. The stars here are earned by the sides, and you can select 3 with your meal. The fried okra is exceptional, and I normally cannot stand the stuff.

If you want scratch made meals, this is the place to go. Hand battered chicken fried steak amongst other things. Every time I drive by, I stop to eat. Service is great.

As soon as we saw the desert window we wanted to order a smaller meal portion so we could have room for one of those beautiful looking desserts! the bread they bring to the table was delicious and warm. The french onion soup I had was very good with bread and melted cheese on the top. My husband said his hamburger was very good and the chocolate chip Reese's Pieces cookie was great along with the peanut butter pie. The tableclothes, fresh flowers and decorations add a nice touch.

The food is always good here and staff is friendly. The bread is good,but the cornbread is usually dry. I recommend the chicken strip dinner and candied yams. They have other side items, but I always get them and sometimes whatever the vegetables of the day are. The serving portions are good so you may have to get dessert to go.
I have dined here before, and the food is above average for most areas. I’m going to sound a little critical of the staff, but this must be placed on owners and managers. The staff needs consistent oversight and continued training on all areas. I’m seeing the results of that being spread too thin. I don’t want to see this, because I happen to know they are all good hard working people...that means everybody from the owners to the dishwashers. I want to see Patty’s successful, and make a very long run in the business, I’ll step in here like a good cheerleader. “Let’s all do this together!!!” 1. Tabletops are cleaned nightly with aerosol glass cleaner...try spraying it directly on the rag, so it doesn’t become airborne...It changes the way everything taste! 2. Hide the pest control box somewhere out of sight. 3. Analyze your menu, and stock what sells. Too many choices that the waitress has to return and inform me to pick something else... we’re out. 4. Get the electronic billboard updated. False advertising ain’t cool. This area NEEDS YOu ALL to succeed. God bless, and see ya soon.
