I have been coming here for years and today was, hands down, the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. The kid working drive-thru, Gerald, didn’t look more than 16 or 17 years old and all he was doing was playing games. I ordered 3 items and it took about 15 minutes before he popped his head out the window to say pull forward. He then brings out the wrong order and I had to wait even longer.

All hot items are not fresh. The taste was ok. But the sandwiches didn't hold up to the promo!!
