Are the burn ends cuts just a part of every sandwich now or is it just this crappy location. Also the meat is thicker than other Arby's

The Gen Z stare instead of a greeting didn't really phase me since I'm here pretty routinely and it's not the norm. Then taking a bag to the table for not being asked that it was for dine in was only slightly unwelcoming. Then the roast beef getting sliced obnoxiously thick making for an unpleasant sandwich pushed the experience into where I should have ditched the meal and stopped elsewhere to eat. I did have to ditch about half of the meat on the sandwich as too tough to be worth it. Au Jus strangely different of late, perhaps a matter of taste but not my preference. All troubles very out of character for this location, though I notice another mention in the reviews so perhaps just some training or standards issue. Also they need to better maintain their condiment dispensers and soda settings.

Arby's got this mint shake, and I don't really drink mint ice cream it is not my flavored but here at Arby's, it is just right not so minty but it has a light taste of mint and it is good. I love their big size crinkle cut fries. And I also love their turkey sandwiches. The meat doesn't make me feel like I just had a candy rush shoot through my body like most meats. I still feel good after eating their meat.

I ordered 2 sliders with cheddar instead of Swiss, that was an ordeal. Then, I ordered crinkle fries and got curly fries. Then was asked if I wanted sauce, I said no and then was asked again. It's not that difficult. I believe if people are going to take orders, they should listen to what is being ordered and make sure the order is correct. 😤
