I can't say enough good things about this Burger King location. Today I had a Doordash order that I placed this past Monday for our Friday work luncheon today that was supposed to come from Rally's. 50 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered, Rally's cancelled the order. I had to scramble because our employees were expecting lunch. I ordered 28 whoppers and fries from this Burger King at 11:15 am and they were able to deliver this delicious food at 12:30 pm. I am so happy that they were able to save our luncheon.

I understand it was early morning and Saturday but it was the slowest drive thru experience I have had from there in a long time. But the food was right and it was hot when the window person brought the food out to the car.

when placing my order I was met with an attitude I ordered the whopper combo with onion rings only to get to the drive-through window after I paid for it I was told that they had no ketchup, no onion, ring sauce and the way she looked at me is I dare you say you don’t like it? I am so sick of the attitude with these crazy people that work in these restaurants, you could’ve had the decency to tell me upon order that you were out of condiments and on top of that there was absolutely no mayonnaise on my whopper burger so I had to go back and get that waste of my money !

This is by far the WORST fast food place I've ever been in. Definitely the WORST BK. The staff have absolutely no personality at all. They act like they hate their job. My bun was so hard , I had to take it off. They give a little cup of ketchup, half full for a big thing of fries.

The drive through line didn't move the entire time we sat there, unless another car left the line. Went in to the lobby to order to go, but we're informed the lobby wasn't open (no signage). We left without ordering at that point.

My egg croissant sandwhich had the texture of plastic around the egg specifically around it. Hashbrowns were old for sure. And I got my breakfast at 7:06am so I would think that since they start serving at 7am, it would've been great & freshly made, but clearly, it was sitting for a bit. I appreciate employees arrive early to prep, and the cashier was hella nice. I just wish it was a more pleasant experience bc I work overnights & I don't treat myself often. If my food was as good as the employees, it would've been a 5star vs 3star. No shade....just being honest.

It was my first time to visit Burger King and I ordered Big fish burger. The burger is so greasy that makes you vomit. They call it "Big Fish" but what I got was regular size burger. If that's what you call "big", then I can't imagine what your small burger looks like.

I ordered a large onion ring an got a large carton with a small fry an 2 or 3 onion ring. The quality here is less than acceptable. Manager may need to do some training. Piss poor three thumbs down
