Every time I visit the Howdershell Rd. Burger King drive through I have to deal with a sullen, obviously unhappy, bored, piddling employee. One woman constantly scratching her hair over my order! I know it's not the best job in the world but it's a paycheck. If you don't like working there but want the paycheck seems to me the best thing would be to get the customers through the line with their correct order and then go play on your phone or something. Not be angry because I came to Burger King to get something for dinner

Great experience at this Burger King. Entire staff were very efficient and pleasant and the lady manager was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to help me. The food came out quickly and was made perfect. I highly recommend this location and I hope other customers can be highly satisfied like I was.

Staff were really nice. I came in today to order and take out. Cashier was really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Everything looked clean and organized. My order was ready quickly and the other young lady walked it over to me. My food was hot and fresh. A little over salted but no other complaints.

I went in the dinner area. No one was in the front. I want around to the drive thru. Placed my order. I felt that the young lady did not want to help me. I asked for some jelly. Her response was, (It's in the bag) with an attitude. Poor customer service.
I can't say enough good things about this Burger King location. Today I had a Doordash order that I placed this past Monday for our Friday work luncheon today that was supposed to come from Rally's. 50 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered, Rally's cancelled the order. I had to scramble because our employees were expecting lunch. I ordered 28 whoppers and fries from this Burger King at 11:15 am and they were able to deliver this delicious food at 12:30 pm. I am so happy that they were able to save our luncheon.

I understand it was early morning and Saturday but it was the slowest drive thru experience I have had from there in a long time. But the food was right and it was hot when the window person brought the food out to the car.

when placing my order I was met with an attitude I ordered the whopper combo with onion rings only to get to the drive-through window after I paid for it I was told that they had no ketchup, no onion, ring sauce and the way she looked at me is I dare you say you don’t like it? I am so sick of the attitude with these crazy people that work in these restaurants, you could’ve had the decency to tell me upon order that you were out of condiments and on top of that there was absolutely no mayonnaise on my whopper burger so I had to go back and get that waste of my money !

This is by far the WORST fast food place I've ever been in. Definitely the WORST BK. The staff have absolutely no personality at all. They act like they hate their job. My bun was so hard , I had to take it off. They give a little cup of ketchup, half full for a big thing of fries.

The drive through line didn't move the entire time we sat there, unless another car left the line. Went in to the lobby to order to go, but we're informed the lobby wasn't open (no signage). We left without ordering at that point.
