For 1. The server took forever to refill my coffee. I had to call her for refill or anything I needed. 2. My 3 kids got the Rudolph pancakes and they were 2 tiny pancakes(it's supposed to be 1 big 1 small) the toppings was smashed onto the tiny pancakes didn't even look like the advertisement, 3. when pointed out to the manager he said he would remake them. But then only brought back 3 big pancakes. Instead of 3 Rudolph plates. 4.I also got the berry stuffed French toast. Omg it wasn't even stuffed french toast It's cream smashed between two frnech toast pieces. And it's supposed to be drizzled with strawberry topping but I got it and it was smothered in strawberry topping, nothing like the advertisement. 5. My server said she would take off 15% when checking out. And the Manger checked me out and didn't even give me a discount for the plates that where made and not even the whole plate. He eneded up only taking off a coffee. And that's only because I used the app. I still ended up paying the whole bill for a messed up order. This was a horrible experience not only is it christmas but it is also my birthday. I told the Manger it was my birthday he mention the app but when I told him a birthday option doesn't come up he just kept saying it does. I would not recommend this location. If I could give a 0 out of 0 I would definitely do that

This place has made me sick to my stomach . They sent me raw chicken. Then when I tried to call no answer . This could have really made me ill and on Christmas. I understand they may not be happy to be working on Christmas but raw chicken is unacceptable.
