I came in close to midnight for a quick meal, and unfortunately, my first visit will also be my last. The staff was unnecessarily rude and harsh for no reason, which left a very negative impression. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

I dont know if they got their act together or if this morning's crew was just unusually great, but I got my order fast, it was correct, and I didn't get any negative vibes from the workers (even though I'm sure they hate it when I order normal food at breakfast time). The negative reviews had me really concerned, but I figured there was no way they could be as bad as the St. Anne location, so I drove an extra 20 minutes to give them a try. Again, maybe I got lucky, but I am very happy with my food and the service I got this morning!

They literally have the rudest night staff out of any restaurant I have ever been to. Nobody forced you to fill out that job application. So if you hate your job that much, go find another one. Every single employee in their lack Customer Service skills. They all have attitude problems. They will literally slam the drive-through window in your face and talk down to you as if they think that they’re better than you yet you guys are the ones in they’re making at most $14 an hour so I guess I would be mad too but like I stated nobody forced you to get that job. It’s not that hard to treat people with respect. You guys really need to look into your night staff because you definitely will be losing customers due to the lack of customer service skills they provide. Once again it’s not hard to treat people with respect and be polite to people. If you’re that miserable with your job go get another one. The last three times I have been there. I’ve had to bite my tongue because there’s been so much I’ve wanted to say to them, but I knew it would go left so fast. Once again, if you hate your job that bad go get a new one. It’s not that hard And it just makes your company look absolutely horrible. Do better.

These people are so rude. They had me and another car that was there before me pull around to the side and wait for over a half an hour until we canceled our order which is I'm sure what they wanted. They had no other people there and the girl kind of laughed when she asked me to pull around because she likely knew she had no intention of ever bringing food out.

Do not order for delivery from this store!!
I placed an order for delivery and 30-40 minutes later they randomly cancelled it. I haven't received a refund and it's showing on my statements it went through when I never received the food. Cancelling food for someone 8 months pregnant was bad enough but to steal and keep the money too? Order from here if you'd like, but you've been warned.
Was told to pull over to wait 15 mins for the wrong order from the girl that obviously couldn't understand English!!

24 hours they are 'open however I went through the drive through when I got off work and they told me they were closed. When I asked why, they said their system was down. I proceeded to park in the parking lot and order my food on door dash and pay about $20 more then I would have if they took my order at the drive through yet they were open for my door dash order. Im so fed up with this horrible customer service and inconsistent hours..
Lately I have been getting really good service here. Been very friendly.

Went to this location to pick up delivery order and surprisingly doors unlocked. Not greeted with hi how may I help you, but "the inside is closed you gotta go through drive through. Let the young lady know I'm here for pick up then she says without checking "they not ready yet" OK fine but then she tells me I have to leave and wait outside. I don't know where they find these people but whoever the area manager is needs to take a look at their business.

This place is the most horrible jack-in-the-box we have visited in Missouri. We went through the drive-thru, and the way in and out was very tight. This jack was so full, so many cars, it was so busy. The boy and the woman working were standing around taking their time. The speaker box was so low you could not hear this lady speak. She had the worst attitude. Never would I ever go there, I don't recommend going to this place if you want good service.

Jack's spicy chicken was old burnt and dry. I mean completely inedible
Drove through few mins before opening, one person refused us the other said they were open. We were told to pull up to the window where a woman took our order but when we were halfway through acted as if she didn't want to take any more of our order and reminded us they were closed. I expressed we were feeding our kids so she reluctantly took the rest of our order. Otherwise food was good minus the 20 mins of sitting for food (they were beyond open at that point).
