First time at this location. Stop in for lunch. Guy was nice who took my order. The girl who laid my food on the counter with no bag nor napkins was rude. It’s sad that customers appreciation is no longer. And I’m not understanding why they toasted my lettuce.

Last time I was here it was slower than normal, definitely not the usual fast and sandwich was built a bit lacking and not typical of a No. 9, figured a mgmnt or personel change, I'll give it some time, usually my go to place.

I share I have a tomato allergy and all I get is eyes rolled and annoyance staying my sandwich doesn’t have tomatoes on it. I don’t understand how training doesn’t get done and gloves wouldn’t get switched instantly. Heaven forbid you take 10 more seconds to do your actual job. If you’re that unhappy don’t work there.

Can't make a sandwich right, given multiple tries and still disappoint. When you mess up making the sandwich don't just try and scrape off what shouldn't be there, make a new one. ***Manager on duty was very kind on offering to take care of the mistake
As a former JJs employee, take my word. I work near this store and go about once a week for lunch. Bread is FRESH! Even during busy lunch rush hours, which makes or breaks a sandwich. The drive-thru window staff is also very friendly each time I go through.

I have had sandwiches from the gas station with more meat than the sandwich I got. I paid $10.00 for a sandwich with one slice of turkey. Not the normal sandwich I am used to getting. I hope it is just this location.
