4yrs ago I said this was best McDonals in the area. That has changed and they are just like the rest. They don’t know how to place cheese on a burger or how to read request like “No Onions”. Why is every McDonalds unable to read this simple request. Not to mention the visit today 3/29/25 the shake machine is broke and French fries completely cold. Back to boycotting McDonalds again.

If I could give less stars i would. Usually I don't complain, however, every visit to this location is poor. It's no wonder they only have 3.5 stars. The store was really busy and I seen a lady on her phone with other people having to work around her by the fryer. Who I assumed was the manager and to be correct? I asked for her and when she came up.I just asked her to please get off the phone and help her employees get caught up a little bit and Since the diner was full.i let her know that I had been waiting over ten minutes for a small doordash pickup order. Her response was, "i'm getting paid for it". The manager isn't good as to why the staff has no sense of urgency. This isn't my day job ma'am, if you were my employee, you'd be having to door dash as well.

I order a cheeseburger happy meal PLAIN and when I get my order there all onion on it and so I give it back to them and they give me another happy meal and not just the cheeseburger I hope they know they just got themselves more money when you give out more food then u need to. Fail.

Missing fork, Missing Drink, missing drink x2, reheated fries, rude service and never made eye contact, stood in the front desk for 15 minutes before one even talked to me, missing reciept, unstocked reciept paper, unstocked table numbers, whole place was dirty, manager was straight up rude and took 15 minutes before she "talked to me" no wait, she didnt, she called someone else up to talk to me and when i said thank you.. no reply. ???
This McDonald’s chicken nuggets have me in severe digestive distress. It’s legit awful. I cannot even remember the last time I ate fast food and felt this sick but it’s definitely been many years at a minimum. idk if somebody left the chicken out and it got warm or what but I would stay clear of it in the immediate future.

If I could I'd leave zero stars. my brother did the mobil order and we waited over 20 minutes for our food and couldn't get the order right we got the new chicken big Mac got home and it was the beef big Mac tag even says chicken.how hard is it to get an order right this is ridiculous

From the staff to the managers lack respect for customers and their job. Very arrogant and show zero enthusiasm, any request is an issue, no care to get orders right and place is disgusting on the inside.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Double Big Mac that has two chicken patties instead of hamburger. I also got a Chicken Deluxe sandwich, which was nice sized and cooked correctly. The fries were hot and plenty of them in each carton. The sandwiches had lettuce and plenty of dressing on them, which was nice for a change but the Big Mac did not contain any pickles on it, which my husband wanted on his Big Mac, overall a positive experience.
Parking: There are three sides for parking and there is at least five spots for customers that are waiting for their orders but there is additional parking spots if needed.
