Its McDonalds, tyical garbage service, expensive below average food. One breakfast sandwich and a medium frappe was almost 10 bucks. I knew that going in but I needed to eat something on Sunday and a chick-fil-a was closed. The service was terrible but at least they were taking orders. The McDonald's I went to on Howdwrshell was worse. I sat in their drive through line for 15 minutes and the line never moved. Its just not worth it to come to McDonalds anymore.

Been there 3 times. Once was ok not great service. Next time got undercooked chicken nuggets and 3rd time they messed up the toppings on 3 mCchickens and they were undercooked after waiting 20min to be helped inside since both of their kiosks were down.

This restaurant has been declining. The food tastes terrible and the orders are often wrong EXCEPT in the morning. It's a great restaurant in the morning. I bought a 10 piece chicken McNuggett meal and the oil had not been drained from the McNuggetts. The fry box was half empty. Another time I purchased a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was so overdone you could not bite into it. The bun was burned. During the Monopoly game promotion, stickers were missing from eligible items. It's difficult to rate service when you receive food that bad. Often times the wrong food is in the bag or the wrong drink. Again, this is late afternoon and later. The breakfast is usually good and the morning service people are friendly.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I WOULD! Waited 40 minutes plus for 3 breakfast meals. When I asked why, I was told we were waiting on steak for my bagels. 20 minutes later, they said they were waiting on eggs. After all that, when we got our food it wasn't that fresh. The hash browns were cold from having been in the bag for 30 minutes plus. I've had HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this McDonald's before but was hoping they had gotten better. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN AMERICA!! ZERO STARS

Earlier in the day a mistake was made I called and not only were they polite and professional they went above and beyond to make the mistake right kudos to you Lindsey! I wish more Restaurants would do what you did! ❤️

Nope... just drive up the street to the one on shackleford. Order taker Jessica RUDE. I've never had someone talk to me like that on a speaker. Disrespectful. I went in for a manager and she ( Kathy) basically just waved me off like I'm sorry. Ain't no way.
This use to be one of my favorite Mc Donald’s. The way I was just yelled at through the speaker by JESSICA. I pulled up and set at the speaker about 3 minutes. Just me no other car. I seen on the screen an order so I figured it was froze so I said hello. No response. So I blew my horn. Jessica yells through the speaker I heard you I’m coming you need to wait a moment!!!!
