Ordered through mobile app. Went through the speaker. Sat in line for 20 minutes and the line was not even moving. Workers there don’t even care. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Finally had to leave without receiving my order because I only get 30 mins for lunch from work. Terrible experience.
it was a incident of a week ago i visited this place . it is kind of horrible it was a evening time and i ask a crew member about my food i was waiting for 20 minutes . i payed money i just have drinks and frappe in my order . A crew member asked about my order to the manager even the manager reply very unprofessional way the crew member as well as me i was very disappointed with him . the manager was transgender .i wanna let macdonalds know that these kind of people who dont have any sense and any professionalism dont deserve work at macdonalds. macdonalds is a calm place to relax but these kind of people make it like hell.
