The food was fresh and the store was dirty The tables had not been cleaned I had to wipe off the table before I sat down to eat after I was done I asked for a refill on my soda and this shocked the hell out of me there's a charge for a refill on fountain drinks in a fast food place.

Just ordered from this McDonalds for the LAST TIME. My frozen Fanta strawberry was NOT frozen. It was just Fanta, maybe 2/3 full, with about 3 ice cubes in it. My fries (husband said his as well) were no more than half full, and ice cold. We got 2 iced coffees, both less than 2/3 full, again with like 3 ice cubes. Chicken sandwich was edible. Not good, just edible. It's always a gamble getting food here, never once have we gotten a completely correct order. Their ice cream machine has NEVER been working any time we've been there, and we've lived in this area for over 20 years. We've stopped going there a few times, and maybe a year goes by, and we think "maybe things are better now?" IT NEVER IS. I'm done with them. It used to be cheap, so you could be a little forgiving. NOPE. Not any more. Try the Florissant IHOP! Any time we feel like eating out, that's where we go. The wait staff is so nice, they always go out of their way to make everything perfect, our orders are always correct, it's very clean... It's the only sit down restaurant we go to anymore. Just because we can count on it being a pleasant experience. Just bulldoze that MacDonalds. The only worth it has is the land it sits on.

This McDonald’s is pretty good for north county. Just as good as any of them in the city. It’s what you would expect nothing more nothing less. I have seen them take 30 seconds to make an order and also take 20 min to make 2 McDoubles. Overall this McDonald’s gets a 4 star from me. 5 star on service because I seen the employees give out a free large fry to a man who came in with no money to feed his family.

This morning I placed order for 2 hotcakes with sausage- 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hashbrowns..got home and there was no sausage in either pancakes,no butter no syrup,no utensils or napkins..I went back up and was told I needed to pay for the sauage which only made me more upset considering the cashier had my receipt in her hand and couldnt read or see I had been charged for pancakes and sausage.*( which was insane the employee wasnt even knowledgeable of how to even read their own restaurant receipt). I then spoke with a younger manager and she ask me what I was missing and I said 2 peices of sausages and fresh hashbrowns..when we pulled off..we had to circle back to go inside for all our condiments napkins and utensils which are basic mandatory items that should already have been in the bag. Theres always a problem when u go to this location. And given the fact that they cant interpret what you are saying makes it even frustrating. No sincerity at all--- makes u feel unwelcome

Absolutely horrible location. They never have anything I stock, the manager refuses to make any frappes, smoothies, shakes or ice cream. I have tried giving them a fair shot and after 4 separate attempts in the last 2 months at different times a day every single time they have none of the pre mentioned items and my food is either under or over cooked or just wrong in every way. At one point I asked for extra diced onions on my burger and they proceeded to dump onions all on top the bun and in the wrapper
