People really disrespectful here… My pick up appointment was 10am and out 7:30pm… Even security closed gate AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Whats up with their fig bars? Lately the big boxes of fig bars that I purchase from Costco have been really hard. They seem to be stale and not fresh. I have always really liked them, but paying about $18 a box for something thats hard to eat is ridiculous!

Get ready to waste all your day in here, no respect for OTR drivers at all. While OTR drivers waiting on the dock they are loading and unloading local trailers Late for my delivery appointment, and probably losing my load tomorrow morning . Wish I can give them less than zero . Terrible service Good luck truckers 🙏
One of the worst places to pick up from. Appointment times mean nothing here – it’s first come, first serve, and you’ll be stuck for hours.
I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes just in line, then another 2 hours to get loaded. No updates, no staff checking on you – you’re completely unattended the whole time.
There are no washrooms for drivers, and not enough space to back in safely. To make things worse, shipping is all the way at the back of the building. As soon as you enter the driveway, keep going around the building with the fence on your left. But good luck figuring that out – there are no clear signs for shipping or receiving.
This place clearly doesn’t value drivers’ time. A total waste of time – avoid if possible.

I had 8 am appointment and i was a fence line by 7:40 someone came and told me that no one will open the gate until I talk to security guy on the other side of the building and the security let me in now it’s 8:37 am they receiver already started unloading me i have and they let gave me my paperwork by 8:46 that’s 11 minutes for 25k pounds perfect thank you

This place is soo weird. I had appointment at 7:00 am they let me wait there for 5 hours there and said your load is canceled we don’t have product for you like seriously they don’t care about your time don’t come here 🙏🏻 btw they said this to 3-4 more trucks and did same to them
