Absolutely trash customer service and food presentation, I ordered orange chicken bowl and veggie spring rolls. Didn’t t receive my rolls and absolutely no meat on the bowl. How do you put the sticker on the item and still don’t fulfill the order and then say you can’t do anything about an order you messed up.

My husbands experience *** Me and my son came in to the Panda Express located at 7800 N Lindbergh. While in the establishment the associate Liz assisted my son who is 10 With his order. She immediately told my son your friends can't smoke that in here. My son was confused seeing that it he was there with me his father. My son ignored Liz and was attempting to order his food when Liz told him again that his "friends" couldn't smoke that in there. My son then got my attention and told me what Liz kept saying to him. I asked Liz if there was a problem. She told me "His friends can't smoke in here" I began to look around and seen two African American boys sitting at a table with a vape pin. I told Liz this is my 10 year old son and he is here with me. Those are not his friends and that we don't know them. She still went on to tell me they can't smoke in there and needed to leave. I got agititated and asked for a manager. The manager came out and they all began to speak in Spanish neglecting me and my issue. Everyone seemed to be adamant that since I'm African American and the two men at the table happen to be the same race we knew eachother. It was blatant rasism. We left immediately and won't be returning.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I visited this location yesterday and my Family and I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! She was very rude and just down right nasty! We pull up to the drive thru to order our food and she was rude to us there and while we were receiving our food from her. We will not be back at this location!
My husband loves this place & their lo mein with orange chicken. His go to in case you need a suggestion!

They did not chop my man chicken that is just mad ridiculous, imagine if we were on the road or just grabbing something to eat really quick before going to work with no KNIFE to cut the chicken?? I would be even more upset good thing we came home to eat because if we didn’t we wouldn’t be able to chop the chicken into pieces. Please chop my man chicken next time, service was okay but pls do better with the food thank you.
