Food's good but the new AI ordering system is silly and arguably slower than just talking to a real person. The fake typing noise is weird when the people inside are using touch screens anyway.

Dumb Ai voice box in drive thru. Didn’t have small rice as an option, couldn’t understand, kept putting in the wrong items. I think they should reconsider this new tech and keep it the old fashioned way with REAL people in drive thru

Shout out to Hector R and the rest of the Hazelwood team consistently getting me right with the super greens, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. Always great food and friendly staff.

The posted Google Maps hours for this Panda Express location say they are open until 10:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 9:30 PM, the staff told me they were already closed. This is very frustrating and misleading for customers who rely on the posted hours. If the restaurant closes earlier, the hours should be updated so people don’t waste their time. Very disappointing experience.

Bed review for Panda Express employee Who ever is in the drive thru at 4:20 on June 13 has a SEVERELY BAD ATTITUDE! She needs to CLOCK OUT go home and remember who she works for. As an employee you can’t GIVE an attitude especially when one hasn’t been given to you. How rude to have my food brought and handed to you for you to set it down and then start to complete other orders!!!! I pulled out the drive thru and went into to get my food that was just sitting there because of an employees ATTITUDE. It’s not on Panda Express it’s on her and her ALONE!! Shame and risen
Do not order the bigger plate from panda express on chez paree.
The will only give you 2 meats the same as a regular plate.
They will not make it right. The female manager will just get defensive if you bring it to there attention
