Low customer service standards. I ordered through the app for drive through pickup and when I got the drive through a man literally mumbled something I was confused but I stated I was here for a drive through pickup. Then a woman got on the speaker and screamed something inaudible. I just pulled around and then the woman at the window furrowed her eyebrows, opened the window and asked can she help me?, I said I’m here for a pickup order and stated my name. She raised her voice and said “WE AXED (asked) YOU TO HOLD ON!”. I get it, it must be frustrating to be misunderstood but if that is a reoccurring issue, (which I imagine it is) then maybe it’s not the other people that are the issue. Either way, raising your voice at paying customers who are not causing any real trouble is completely uncalled for. I would’ve ASKED for the manager if I was certain I wouldn’t be dealing with another halfwit. Never again.
When I pulled up to the window and handed the employee my debit card I noticed that he tipped himself $3.00 and when I asked him why did he tip him self he just shrugged his shoulders. Why does everyone expect a tip these days. That was straight up theft..
THIS IS THE BEST STARBUCKS IVE BEEN TOO IN A WHILE !!!My drink is always good and the staff is really friendly.They greet me in sync when I walk through the door .KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK STARBUCKS !!!!

My least favorite starbucks ppl are not trained well they move slow the drinks don't taste the same as if I get them from some where else dunno what's wrong with this location but it's always out of product and can never get a warm welcome. Bunch of young folks playing around.

This used to be the better location of the three Starbucks in Florissant/Hazelwood but now the past month or two the service has went downhill. Often times it will say your drink is ready in the mobile app and you get there and there is no drink ready and they just let you stand there and don’t speak to you or ask your name or anything. I stood there for 6 minutes the other day before I was even acknowledged and it had been 19mins since my drink was ordered and it still wasn’t at the pick up counter. It’s a daily occurrence now. The workers seem like they are miserable and don’t want to be there. And often my drink doesn’t taste right, I think 8/10 times they are using signature espresso roast when I order blonde espresso roast. When I thanked the lady today she didn’t even speak back and she was literally right in front of me at the straws. I’m going to stop spending my money here and I can’t wait until the new coffee shop down the street opens.

My coffee from this location is either lukewarm or very watery. Just regular brewed coffee. I stop here about 3 times per week.

While this location is convenient traveling wise, depending upon the staff working they're extremely slow and the drinks aren't always made the way they're supposed to be. I Placed a mobile order anticipating it would be ready or at least in the works when I arrived, but when I got in, you could hear people talking in the back while 2 young men were out front working. When the staff finally came from the back, the you lady asked me if I needed help and when I said I was there to pick up a mobile order, she started pulling off numerous stickers from orders placed before me that had yet to be fulfilled. They're also not as attentive when it comes to cleanliness as this is how the floor looked when I arrived. Not a good look for a staple company but at least my drink was made right this time compared to the last few times visiting this location ??♀️
