The drive-through was extremely long and slow so I went inside. They wouldn't even wait on me by inside they made you use the kiosk so that was a little bit frustrating. The speed of service was quicker than I expected based on everything else.

Worst service at this store. Went in around 10 Pm on a Thursday and none of the staff bothered to help me despite trying to reach out to them. 5 minutes later and one of them asks me in a very rude tone if “ I’m waiting for something “ Worst experience at any Taco Bell ever

Most times ive been here the service is so slow. Its about 50/50 when there is decent employees with decent attitudes, otherwise employees have terrible attitudes. Which usually is easy to ignore. Most the time orders are wrong but edible. But today was really bad and sadly this hasnt been the first occurrence, ordered a steak quesadilla, got a ground beef quesadilla? I instantly got nauseous, purely disgusting. I guess they were too lazy to make steak. Im not one to complain often but this happeneds far too often. My family frequents this taco bell but i guess we will just have to start going to the other local taco bell.

The Hazelwood location on J S McDonald/Howdershell road is terrible. The staff/managment is rude and as one of them said today, they hate their job and customers. Orders are never accurate and if you ask for sauce you don’t get it. Terrible. Try a different location.
Lady at the drive thru has a serious attitude problem. Asked her to repeat herself and she got upset when I could not hear her.

This place sucks. When you go to order in drive through it takes several minutes for anyone to take your order. Many times they tell you to wait. Usually there is not more than one other car ahead. They are so unpleasent when they speak, very rude, and no sense of urgency. Many times I have gone there I sit at the speaker and no one even takes your order...ever! Left drive through last night after not being helped. Went to Arby's ordered and got hot fresh food in 2 minutes!!! Skip this place if you can. I would not trust any food coming from here...if you get any.
