We pull up to the drive through, we placed an order ahead of time through the mobile app, paid for and all. We told the woman we had done so, she then said, “my drive through register is down, you have to come inside.”
Luckily my husband was the driver and didn’t think anything of it, and just said, “okay!”
He told me once he got back to the car that there was a homeless man sleeping inside with his shoes off.
What sense does this make??? They didn’t give my husband a receipt either.
I’m pregnant… or I would have gone inside my self and asked what was going on

After being hold to hold on a few minutes (10 to be exact) at the drive thru I was then told I had to come inside to place my order. This same thing just happened to my BF at a Taco Bell in the city. I will never be eating Taco Bell again

Ordered on doordash, added potatoes instead of meat for my tacos. Those potatoes were hard as a rock...fries were good though. Probably not gonna order from this taco bell again

Went in and ordered my food through kiosk. Went near the counter waiting for my order one of their clerks said can I help you. Said just waiting for my order. A worker making food asked what does she want the girl said she is just standing there. A litte bit after that the female who was making orders said very hateful can I help you. Said I was just waiting on my order. Then she got pissed and said you will have to wait I have couple orders ahead of yours. Told that was fine. Pretty soon she throws the bag on the counter at me says there’s your food. I said is that how you treat all your customers. Asked the other girl who was the manager she said I think she is one. Pretty sad they don’t know who their managers are. Half the tacos were broken. I filled a complaint with corporate but they never responded. Stay as far away from that place as possible. Spent quite a bit for the food but even corporate don’t care about that place. Food and service was absolutely horrible

I ordered online for pickup at drive-thru. I was told at the pickup window, after waiting in line for 5 minutes, that I would have to drive around park and come inside to get my food. What sense does that make when I was already at the window? I also told them that I was having knee problems and that’s why I order pickup at the window and that that policy should have been stated when ordering. They didn’t care! Also, refused to refund me, and told me I would have to figure it out since I ordered online.

Y’all staff is RUDE!!!! Try hiring some adults without attitudes! I pick up DoorDash here a lot and customers are always missing items. I am myself placed an order the other day and had to deal with snotty teenagers and missing items.
