King was great. It looked like he was going home. They were having some service issues. He stepped in to knock out some orders. All the workers were friendly and grateful.

The food was better than normal, but there was no customer service. You order from a kiosk and they call your name when its ready. The floor was sticky everywhere. It was like they washed the floor with soda water. It was gross. Overall it wasn't terrible, but I don't recommend going inside.

I haven't been to this particular location in years. Because the service was absolute trash. And I see nothing has changed in more than 10+ years. Do better 7747 N.Lindbergh Blvd. Hazelwood Mo.63042 especially the night shift.

Have to edit my review. Have definitely had a few issues here in the past but I went tonight, they were extremely busy at the drive through and got everyone out extremely fast and the food was made well.

Whoever made my cheesy rice and bean burrito needs a raise. I have not had a cheesy rice and bean burrito that has been properly mixed in quite some time. My expectations were exceeded. Taste amazing

My order was not correct. The bagger told me I made a mistake when ordering. No the worker repeatedl my order out loud to them. I had to ask where they going to take my order and was rudely told I was to use the kiosk. It took 2 visits and 26 minutes as a walk in to get 2 tacos with cheese
only and a soda. I will never go there again in life.

We pull up to the drive through, we placed an order ahead of time through the mobile app, paid for and all.
We told the woman we had done so, she then said, “my drive through register is down, you have to come inside.”

Luckily my husband was the driver and didn’t think anything of it, and just said, “okay!”

He told me once he got back to the car that there was a homeless man sleeping inside with his shoes off.

What sense does this make???
They didn’t give my husband a receipt either.

I’m pregnant… or I would have gone inside my self and asked what was going on

After being hold to hold on a few minutes (10 to be exact) at the drive thru I was then told I had to come inside to place my order. This same thing just happened to my BF at a Taco Bell in the city. I will never be eating Taco Bell again

Ordered on doordash, added potatoes instead of meat for my tacos. Those potatoes were hard as a rock...fries were good though. Probably not gonna order from this taco bell again

I truly wish I could say something nice but this location puts this company to shame! I threw my for in the trash when I got home because it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it. My bad I guess for trying taco bell once every 10 years. Smh!
