Fast food for my body makeup is never good .I know how to cook the foods that are good for me. I don't have that privilege, because I'm been staying from, pillow to post. I have NO PLACE TO CALL HOME SINCE OCTOBER 14,2024.
Order # 962887 placed an online order at 10 15 didn’t receive it until 11:30. The prep table lady with the boneless dirty dreads had a bad attitude because it was a big order. She kept making rude remarks like omg why is it so many tacos. I expected nothing less coming from someone who looks just as bad as her attitude. If you don’t want to make tacos maybe not apply at Taco Bell. I wouldn’t recommend ordering anytime she is there. Food was horrible wet and falling apart. Definitely getting a refund. The young lady in drive thru , the gentleman on grill and the manager were nice tho.

After waiting 20 minutes for my food, it was completely messed up, and I had to come back up and wait another 15 minutes in line to get my food, which was cold and made wrong. Very frustrating. It also was clear they were having you wait at the ordering speaker and pull up once your food is ready to make it look as if they complete orders quickly, and don’t take 20 minutes. The employee was very nice at the window, though!

Never eat here or look at this place employees made me wait for 15 minutes for wrong order just to go back and get cold food and missing items worst experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell don’t waste your money here spent $30 on food that I don’t even want to eat anymore

There was no customers at all besides me and they pulled me from the drive thru to the front of the building where I sat for 15 minutes for burnt food ive been going to taco bell forever all over the country never have I ever received burnt food

Ordered a doritos locos taco and they put steak in it instead of beef, the soft tacos we got were soggy and so was the doritos locos supreme taco, I also ordered 3 nacho fries and only received 2 and when I told them I was missing one the guy gave a look as if I was lying, the service was also slow

Tonight I attempted to grab a quick dinner from Taco Bell, but after visiting two different locations, I left with nothing but frustration.
At the first location, no one would take my order at all. I tried the drive-thru, but after the automatic greeting message, no one came on the speaker. I even pulled up to the window, and still—no response. The store appeared to be open, but it felt like the staff had completely abandoned service.
At the second location, the drive-thru line was long, so I went inside. When I said I wanted to order, the employee told me I had to use the kiosk. I explained I had cash, but instead of helping, she rolled her eyes, ignored me, and went back to the drive-thru. A few minutes later, another employee came over and said, “We don’t have time for this, you’ll need to go through the drive-thru.” I also overheard staff talking negatively about me to each other instead of providing service.
Between one store ignoring customers altogether and another openly disrespecting and refusing service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food chain. It reflects a serious lack of leadership, accountability, and customer care. I hope management takes this seriously and reaches out to explain how they plan to correct these issues.

King was great. It looked like he was going home. They were having some service issues. He stepped in to knock out some orders. All the workers were friendly and grateful.

The food was better than normal, but there was no customer service. You order from a kiosk and they call your name when its ready. The floor was sticky everywhere. It was like they washed the floor with soda water. It was gross. Overall it wasn't terrible, but I don't recommend going inside.

I haven't been to this particular location in years. Because the service was absolute trash. And I see nothing has changed in more than 10+ years. Do better 7747 N.Lindbergh Blvd. Hazelwood Mo.63042 especially the night shift.
