This Hispanic lady at the window was overly rude and just had the nastiest attitude. Not sure why but it neeeds to be addressed. No one wants to start their day off with a lady who insists on being rude and having attitude.

Food was alright, I had to put it in the microwave and reheat it because of the time frame the food arrived to me. I have lived here for a while, I like getting my food/donuts from this Tony's, usually decent customer service, but I watched my mom get disrespect all while being inconvenienced. Arguing about the time frame when that was 40% of the issue is kinda crazy.
Long story short, we went here, we got inconvenienced with a wrong order and forgotten(before we even got the correct order). Had to go into the store to remind them we were still waiting. Only to have employee's argue about the length of the wait? Not that it matters, will be avoiding this Tony's for a while.
Had to reheat my philly cheesesteak FYI......
You forgot a customer and instead of doing better argued about the timeframe of the wait when you (again) forgot about the customer......coming of age thing i guess, but i don't understand that.

Ordered some Donuts and Sandwiches. Got my donuts and was asked to wait for my sandwich,After 10 minutes someone brings me a word order,I continue to wait ,I had to wait for another 15 minutes ,called the store and of course the lines where busy.Called the store again ,after my sandwich was brought to me I was told that they forgot about my order.By the time I got to the sandwich it was cold.When I called the store to complain, I had to argue woth the manager.I LOVe Tony's Donuts BUT I WONT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE.POOR COSTUMER SERVICE
