“2/8/23 - Dairy Queen in Herculaneum, Missouri...helping in our community... Dairy Queen (90 Scenic Plaza Dr, Herculaneum, MO) Yesterday was my daughter’s 12th birthday! She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! We admire and thank you for your kindness and support. For food…my kiddos go-to favorites are their cheeseburgers, fries and a blue raspberry-flavored “freeze”…a combination of slushy ice mixed with ice cream. Our family has enjoyed DQ birthday cakes for years. My personal favorite their ice cream cake with itty-bitty Oreo pieces inside. DQ also offers dairy-free treats, DoorDash delivery, Uber Eats and rewards/special deals through their mobile app. We are thrilled to have this establishment serving our local community. “Had a great time. Our meals were great. Two of us had pancakes with strawberries. One had the Old Timers and the other had new Cinnamon rolls skillet. That skillet was amazing. Waiter was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed.”

“I came in last night and both young men were amazing. Isaiah helped me on the register with excellent customer service and the young man in the kitchen got my food to me quick and he also was very polite. Great job ARBYS. We need more young men like these in the service industry.”

“WOW! Top notch in every way! The atmosphere was beautiful and comforting, and relaxing. Honestly, the place reminds me of a Hallmark Movie, only better! I just love it and can't wait to visit again! “Ordered a veggie pizza and a salad. 4-cheese, mushroom, onion and dark olives. Not black olives, but dark Greek type olives. Pizza was Great. Only one size but enough for 2 people. The salads are made ahead of time, found in a care, but taste very fresh. Only an oil dressing is offered, but it was wonderful. We dipped the crust of the pizza in the extra oil dressing, yummy. Had the lemonade - delicious!”

“My daughter and I visited The Braided Bakery today for the first time and it was AMAZING!! First of all the shop is adorable!!! The people were super friendly and I’m now the proud owner of a pretzel bites addiction!!! They are to DIE FOR! I was in love with Auntie Anne’s, UNTIL today when I tried theirs!!! They are so soft and pillowy and NOT greasy like auntie Anne’s! So much better!!! We also got a chocolate chip and a gooey butter cookie that were also the best cookies ever!!! They are really thick and just have the best taste and texture!! We will definitely be back for more!!!! Thank you so much!”

“I've been going here since I was a little kid and their food is still unmatched. Old timey, diner-style restaurant with friendly service, to-die-for ice cream, and plenty of lovely memories. Also has great pricing and a claw machine I've won two stuffed animals from, which is in my opinion a good record. Highly reccommend mozzarella sticks, fries, and waffle cone sundae (mint chip is superior).”

“We ate there for the first time tonight and I can’t say enough great things about this place! We had our son who is a little over 1 with us. Mom and dad just trying to have a date night and the owner and our waitress went above and beyond! The owner was so sweet and generous just making it feel like home and our waitress was so attentive and on top of that the food was absolutely amazing!!! We will definitely be back! ❤️”

“They take their time to answer questions about their drinks. I am pretty particular about my coffee and they were able to make an amazing Apple Flavored Latte. My favorite drink ever! Their new food is great from what I tried. The salads are super fresh!”

“i realized months later i posted this review on google but not here. after getting a notification that their google page received yet again another negative review regarding THE SAME ISSUE i expierenced, i felt compelled to post here. First off, I miss Amy. She was great—always smiled, made customers feel welcomed. The crew they have now is just a bunch of kids who have absolutely no work ethic nor common decency toward their customers. I ordered an iced matcha latte with cinnamon syrup. The gal who handed me my drink did not say anything… was rude. I took a drink of my iced matcha and settled at the bottom was about a half-inch of pure cane sugar. When I brought it to the window to address it, the gal who made it— instead of apologizing and offering to remake it—began to argue, stating, “Well I made it and I know I didn’t put sugar in it.” So that was fun. Then, when I requested my drink be refunded, she began arguing with me to just remake it instead of refunding me. Sincerely hope they train their new staff on being kind to customers and basic people skills. However, they have officially lost another customer. It appears I am not the only one who has had an issue with the new staff… that’s a shame. For reference, this occurred during the summer of 2025.”

“I have tried Thai restaurants all over the United States. This place has some of the best pad Thai I have ever eaten if you like spice make sure to ask for level five because it’s the perfect blend of heat and flavor plus it just dang hot and I love it.”

“Used to have to go to Wisconsin to get Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream Company’s ice cream but now it’s available in our region. Stopped by for a shot of espresso over a scoop of ‘#*!*Serious’ (an affogato) and it was fantastic. Best ever. So nice to have a coffee AND ice cream shop under one roof. Courteous staff, too! Next time I’m going to take my wife and do a little local shopping. Beautiful downtown Main Street area.”
