I'm a germophobic truck driver so let me start out by saying it's always clean when i come through here, and I come here a lot, haul a ton of AG stuff out of Herculaneum. Food is always hot, made exactly how you'd expect an Arby's sandwich and fries to look and taste, good stuff! Service here is the real highlight, always outstanding, always go above and beyond, and always extremely accommodating. I don't always have the luxury of a fresh and hot meal on the road, but Arby's sandwiches tend to refrigerate pretty well, they're high in protein, and not greasy! Ordered a couple of half pound beef and cheddars, they offered to put the sauce on the side so it wasn't as messy, they made the sandwiches as neatly as they possibly could, and they even put them in the foil wrappers upon request so that they refrigerate better and contain the cheese and sauce! Super friendly, cordial, and professional, always willing to chat for a couple minutes and joke around, and they're always efficient and quick. Time is money pulling a hopper trailer! This is consistent with every shift I've seen there, different people every single time, but always consistently awesome. Keep it up, I've worked enough food service in both crew and management positions to know that the only way you get consistently good service is with consistently good treatment from management, y'all are doing a great job and I appreciate it.

Crispy chicken sandwich, the bun was bigger than the chicken not worth the money. Fries cold. Buffalo chicken sliders was just throw together with the sauce all over the outside wrapper. Cashier wasn’t very friendly!

Ladies and gentlemen, take a look at the picture of the sandwich in the picture. This is a $9 dry chicken sandwich with 1 piece of charred bacon and very little, if any, sauce. Although I requested extra crispy onions, I didn’t receive them. These are the prices that we as truck drivers are charged for very poor quality foods in truck stop restaurants. Remember, we were considered among the list of heroes who didn’t wear capes during the pandemic. But now, we are gouged beyond belief because there aren’t many other places that will allow us to park our large trucks just to get a decent meal.
Love the delicious choices!! Convenient and easy to get in and out in a rush!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Have been to this location many times because I live locally and always the same thing. Does not get better and hasnt gotten better since store opened. 20 + minutes to get my order and then it's wrong! I will make the extra 5 minute ride to festus Arby's from now on.
