The foods just not that great anymore. Use your be one of our favorites.
The service and atmosphere is always great and unchanged over the years.
The food needs a revamp. Yuck
Everything I expect from Cracker Barrel. Cleanliness was great. Our server, Melody, was excellent at her job. She brought a refill before I even realized I needed one! I don't often write reviews, but I needed to say how impressed I was by her attention to detail. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff were friendly. It was a very welcoming environment. I'd love to come back soon!
I think cracker barrel is probably going to be shut down in a few years. They don't really care about customers anymore they care about the bottom line, that's why they've gone to very poor quality food and their biscuits are just hockey pucks in in disguise. Little bitty tasteless hockey pucks. When you try to tell somebody about it the first thing they always say is let me get a manager who ignores you even more.
Considering we're in a Military town and do have alot of older customers they REALLY need to offer some kind of senior discount and military discount.
Food and service was great! Also loved walking through the Old Country Store!
The food was overcooked and portion sizes were extremely skimpy. We’ve eaten here multiple times in the past and been very happy. This time was so obviously opposite of our experiences in the past. Not sure if we’ll ever go back
Had a great time. Our meals were great. Two of us had pancakes with strawberries. One had the Old Timers and the other had new Cinnamon rolls skillet. That skillet was amazing. Waiter was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed.
We ordered 2 meatloaf meals. 1 was cold, the other one burnt. The last few times we've eaten at this location, the food has not been good. Ate at the one in Cape and the food has been good. So it is definitely the location.
The steak was amazing My wife and daughter loved their food as well.
We usually have great experiences but unfortunately this time not so much. We tried the new chicken strip dinner, very disappointed in the appearance. They looked nothing like the picture, at first we thought maybe we were being served fish, the strips were very thin. The slaw was flavorless. I will say the food was prompt and hot. We love the fried chicken and thought this would be equally as delicious but not the case. Next time we’ll stick with what we know.

Wonderful dining experience as usual. We had a very nice young man who has been a sever there for years He is the very best Cracker Barrel has ever had in my humble opinion. Great food great experience
Server was really busy so I didn't get my refilled drink that I needed however she did offer a to go drink and was otherwise very pleasant.

Absolutely outstanding service all the way around! Especially on Thanksgiving Day! It was extremely busy, but we got seated within 10 minutes! Sadly all those folks working on the holiday. Although I was grateful for not having to cook all that for 2! Thank you Cracker Barrel!

We’ve been to this Cracker Barrel a lot. Nothing you can do about an annoying couple seated next to us. Loud and I really didn’t care to hear about all of his life’s events. Then our waitress must have talked to a couple of guys for 30 minutes . Both way older than her. Meanwhile, we were waiting for our meal and she just kept talking. Finally the couple of guys left and she started doing her job again. Somehow, our food came out in good shape. She was a nice girl. But her priorities may have been off or needed to be adjusted.

We had a young man named, Chaz, who was remarkably intuitive and pleasant. When asked if he could place us, my 95 year old hard of hearing mother, and us, in a quieter area he said, “I got you” with a smile. How he knew of this area and how quickly he retrieved hot sauce for us when the waitress wasn’t available was remarkable.
