The home town goodness of cracker barrel cannot be under states. But the wait and the time you spend there is a big investment so shop away with their good old fashioned home town anericana in the gift shop all made in CHINA!;like seriously cracker barrel the stuff you sell is made in China of all places of all times!

Food was barely consumable. What in the world is going on with the food preparation. 2nd visit in 3 weeks and food is bad tasting and cold.

The breakfast that I have gotten for years is now all of a suddenly gone bc of there woke rebranding. Ridiculous, leave well enough alone!

Arrived and was seated immediately, sat for 10 minutes, no waitress came to take our order. 2 other tables were waited on right away, but still no waitress came, we asked another waitress if someone was going to wait on us, she said I'll get your waitress. As our waitress came, we left! Arrived at 7:15 and decided to finally leave at 7:35! There were only about 4 couples in the entire restaurant! Poor management, for sure! Doesn't surprise me that it's been 2 weeks since this happened and absolutely zero response from management at this cracker barrel! We will never be back, at least at this cracker barrel!

Very rude and disrespectful

Bring back real biscuits, the kind that were made at each location, by hand. Not the ready-made, hockey puck biscuits that are now being served. Bring back the original Cracker Barrel menu without alcohol and all the new items. And, bring back a decent dinner salad like you had on the menu previously! Serve the quality food for which you were known, and provide the service and Country atmosphere through which this brand grew to be one of America's favorites!

The cracker barrel in Herculaneum refuse to honor their 50% off all patriotic excluding greeting cards if you're exclusion is greeting cards that should be the only thing that is excluded so I'm leaving a one star

I have ate at this location several times. My visit last night at 7:30 will be my last. I ordered meatloaf with mashed potatoes and white gravy, pinto beans and chicken & dumplings. My meatloaf was hard and not edible. The pinto beans were totally dry. The dumplins were dry. The waiter came to the table before serving and said they were out of mashed potatoes. My sister-in-law ordered chicken & dumplings. Her dumplings were like mine. She ate about 3. This was her first visit to any cracker barrel and most likely her last. My wife ordered trout and like the other food was dry. The food gave the impression it had been put on the plates 8 hours prior. Shame in this location

I'm giving it a one star because of their lack of customer service The food wasn't all that great either places kind of went downhill The reason I'm giving it to one star for a customer service is because of the fact that they out in the gift shop have a 50% off sign excluding greeting cards but they will not honor anything else there even though it states 50% off this selection so until they could honor their false advertisement.. I will ad the bad reviews

I love that the food is the same no matter what restaurant you go to. I grew up eating food like this and as long as they keep making it from scratch and the quality stays the same I am all in. At one time in the not to distant past they served 100% maple syrup now it's 50% maple syrup and and 50% sugar. This change didn't keep me from ordering pancakes and using the syrup. Change the look, change the logo just don't change the food.

Cracker Barrel always has good food and good service. I am unhappy however with the new menu. There is less choice and they took away my favorite - the Hamburger Steak!!!

No matter the time or day the service never fails to disappoint. This time was no different with the exception of a hair hanging off my plate and the waitress insisting it was egg! Oh but the best part was the new egg was not a new egg but simply the old one flipped over. Nevermind the fact the hair was stuck to the meat. Yes I would love to eat meat that has had someone else's hair stuck to it. Oh and wondered why I couldn't eat and stood here insisting it was a new egg. I have photos showing otherwise. Oh the manager offered to take my meal off the ticket..... uh yea I hope so I didn't and couldn't eat it. We shouldn't be paying anything. Oh she also gave me an expired coupon and when I asked about the date she insisted they will still accept it.... unless who ever i get next time says no... lol it seems to only be this location but it has been bad since they opened a bit over 20 years ago.if you keep having turn over and service isn't changing there is a common denominator, Management, provide more training or let them go.
