Me and my boyfriend ordered there food and somehow the mess up even though it was cleared on what we asked for but they give up a different size blizzard and the wrong type and just forget one all together its honestly disappointing that they mess up on such a small order.

Listen I know it's 10:30pm and your drive thru closes at 11pm but I have worked in food service since I was 18 and one rule of business unless of circumstantial reasons you never close early because BUSINESS IS BUSINESS NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS!!!!! For all the girls trying to hide around the corner when I pulled through that's low. You got a job just do it. That's what's wrong with this world no job integrity. No one wants to do there job and no one wants to do it properly and to set standards. I just left after sitting in the drive thru. So have a nice night Herculaneum Missouri Dairy Queen!!!!

I go to this dairy queen 1 or 2 times a week i have always left a 5 star review for them everyone is always so friendly. But tonight I went in to get the same thing I always buy. I was told there would be an upcharge. To get my burger in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I told her I was a diabetic and could have the bun. She said she didnt care I still ha to pay the upcharge. I asked if I gat a credit for mot taking a bun and she said NO! This is the oldest employee I have seen there. The teenagers that work there at always nice and friendly. But she was rude.I guess I'll just have to find another restaurant to make my new weekly visits to. So if you go in and the cashier looks like she is in her 40's with brown hair expect to be treated rudely.

Thank you Dairy Queen for serving my husband some food and sticking to your 10 pm hours of operations. He had gone to the dairy queen in Arnold off Richardson road arrived at 9:25 pm ordered food and when he got up to the window was told the grill was closed. Glad you were still open and serving food! Definitely be back for your great service!!!

Easily the nicest DQ staff I have ever met in my cross country travels. The young ladies on duty at 4pm 9/11/25 inside the store were an absolute joy!!!
