The 2 women working overnight were amazing. The food was hot and fresh. They were also both so nice. We stopped at about 2:30am on a Saturday as we were traveling and needed to eat something. Glad you were open and providing stellar service.

The food was good. However, one of the hamburgers in my family’s meal had cheese even though we asked for no cheese. That’s a pretty common occurrence at fast food restaurants, though. The new popcorn chicken combo was great.

Today was fine but the past few times were ridiculous. 3 days ago, I waited for 28 minutes in the drive-thru, with only 1 car ahead of me & 1 behind me. The 1st car got 1 bag of food, and the parking lot was empty, so what took so long?? After paying & getting my bag, I went to leave & thankfully I looked bc it wasn't even my order!! Finally got mine & went home to find cold, half-cooked food. Go to the Festus location, it's WAY better.

Never eating here again. This nasty place got me and my girlfriend sick with a food borne illness. My suggestion would be to scrap the whole building and put a pharmacy there instead for all the damaged customers.

Took 10 minutes just me in the drive thru at 4 am got my food a jack wrap ordered with ex sauce and no pickle recieved a jack wrap no sauce no cheese no lettuce nothing just a chicken tender and a burrito shell

I want to start this by saying I tried to call directly, but the public number listed everywhere goes to a fax machine line. So, here I am.

We went through the drive-in on Saturday night and it looked like one guy took our order, cooked it and served it. I feel for him. It doesn't quite seem fair that one person be responsible for everything. Plus, if there was another on staff... they were no where to be seen.

At any rate, I've been going here for almost 20 years and something is usually wrong with our order unless it's during the day on a weekday. But, you have to offer grace because people are human. Then, the quality started going downhill with some of that having to do with corporate.

At any rate, everything else was "meh". I mean, it's JITB 🤷🏼‍♀️ My expectations aren't that high for any fast food anymore.
However, one item, the onion rings made me 🙄

We paid $3.54 (w/tax) for FOUR COLD onion rings. I kid you not.

Listen, times are tough out there right now, but paying 88 cents per onion ring is completely unacceptable.

So, my husband drove back down there and ordered more. He was going to tell the guy assumimg he just overlooked it/made a mistake, but he didn't get the chance.

The second order was the right amount for the price and they were piping hot. That didn't get us our money back or in the absolute least... compensation for what we paid for and didn't get.

That's the least I feel we should get back. It's not about the $3.54, it's the principle of the matter and them making it extremely difficult to communicate with to get the issue rectified in a less complicated way.

This location is VERY low staffed.
Fortunately for the owners, they have a few FANTASTIC employees... We waited literally 35 minutes for our food...in the drive thru.. it was shit, food was not totally cooked, etc.. however, the kid in the window was awesome.. Get your act together MANAGEMENT there are some quality employees busting thier humps for those owners... seems there must be further issues, no reason that place has 2 or 3 people working evenings at dinner rush.
