Took 10 minutes just me in the drive thru at 4 am got my food a jack wrap ordered with ex sauce and no pickle recieved a jack wrap no sauce no cheese no lettuce nothing just a chicken tender and a burrito shell

I want to start this by saying I tried to call directly, but the public number listed everywhere goes to a fax machine line. So, here I am.
We went through the drive-in on Saturday night and it looked like one guy took our order, cooked it and served it. I feel for him. It doesn't quite seem fair that one person be responsible for everything. Plus, if there was another on staff... they were no where to be seen.
At any rate, I've been going here for almost 20 years and something is usually wrong with our order unless it's during the day on a weekday. But, you have to offer grace because people are human. Then, the quality started going downhill with some of that having to do with corporate.
At any rate, everything else was "meh". I mean, it's JITB 🤷🏼♀️ My expectations aren't that high for any fast food anymore. However, one item, the onion rings made me 🙄
We paid $3.54 (w/tax) for FOUR COLD onion rings. I kid you not.
Listen, times are tough out there right now, but paying 88 cents per onion ring is completely unacceptable.
So, my husband drove back down there and ordered more. He was going to tell the guy assumimg he just overlooked it/made a mistake, but he didn't get the chance.
The second order was the right amount for the price and they were piping hot. That didn't get us our money back or in the absolute least... compensation for what we paid for and didn't get.
That's the least I feel we should get back. It's not about the $3.54, it's the principle of the matter and them making it extremely difficult to communicate with to get the issue rectified in a less complicated way.
This location is VERY low staffed. Fortunately for the owners, they have a few FANTASTIC employees... We waited literally 35 minutes for our food...in the drive thru.. it was shit, food was not totally cooked, etc.. however, the kid in the window was awesome.. Get your act together MANAGEMENT there are some quality employees busting thier humps for those owners... seems there must be further issues, no reason that place has 2 or 3 people working evenings at dinner rush.

The man lied about my loaded fries being in the bag then when I went back he blamed someone else for his error. He denied handing me my food, they wear no name tags or hats. As I told the manager, I did not have to choose Jack in the box and I will not return.

Its been five years since I last ate at a Jaxk n the box. This time, my food was hot and tasted great. Service was friendly and brought my food to me at my table. I have been reluctant to go to Jack n the box due to my negative experiences at several other locations in the past, but this brought me back to eating Jack n the box again.
(I ate the bacon cheese burger with fries and two tacos)

I usually stop here on my way home from STL and I have never had any problems until today. For one, I’m the only one in the drive thru at noon on a Sunday, so there was never any reason for the older lady in the purple shirt with the long pink nails to rush me. For two, I’m not even sure they were wearing gloves and those nails ARE NOT allowed in food service due to sanitary issues. I would know because I’ve worked fast food. And for three, this food tastes like crap and was a rush job for what? Because they don’t want to work?? I don’t think I’ll be coming back until this gets fixed.

Went thru the drive ~thru. Service was a little slow but it was still okay because it had to be about 2:30a.m and all of a sudden I guess everyone wanted Jack in the Box. Very courteous and they were working as fast as possible. As usual the fabulous Tacos ? and Chicken Teriyaki bowls were delicious ?
This is by far the best fast food restaurant I have found in a few years. Every time my family goes there everyone is friendly the store and restrooms are very clean. The food is always fresh and hot. Where the section ask what dishes I prefer I would say I have never had anything there I didnt like

I travel from Florida and literally this trip have ate at Jack in the Box multiple locations 5 to 6 times a week for the last two weeks. I love there food, but today when I ordered drive thru they forgot my sons fries. I parked in the lot and headed in. I forgot the receipt and turned to grab it and fell in their parking lot. Hit both knees, elbows, right leg, right palm and hip. When I got in the store to get the fries I mentioned it, the lady asked if I was okay. I told her not really and asked for a new bag to put my food in because it ripped when I fell on it. She said I'm sorry, handed me a new bag and walked away. Not asking for anything, but that was a pretty cold reaction. I love the food, just won't go to the one off 55 at McNutt again. Jack in the Box Imperial is the one for me!!! LOVE REGULAR TACOS ?

Fast service, polite employees, and delicious food!!!
I suggest getting the Vanilla Shake Boba as a nice, sweet drink and the loaded tiny tacos or the number 2 for a good lunch.
