“I walked in and was greeted immediately upon arrival, Despite the worker seeming busy. I began searching the menu as this was my first time at Jack in the Box, but then the person at the cash register asked if I needed help finding anything; to which I said yes. I told her it was my first time being here, and that I didn’t know what sounded good. She smiled and said the ‘Breakfast Jack’ was one of her personal favorites. She also let me know that she really likes the iced coffees that they had to offer, so I decided I wanted a Breakfast Jack combo with a large vanilla sweet cream iced coffee instead of hot coffee. She told me my total and said they would get right on it. As soon as it came out to me I dug in and it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich was hot, the hash brown was crisp, and the coffee was delicious. I then went up to the counter and asked what her name was so I could reward such customer service. She told me her name was Emma with no hesitation, and that if I had an issue with what transpired that morning that I could contact corporate from the receipt she gave me. I then let her know there was no issue, and then she said she was glad to hear it and she hopes we come back soon. Well Emma, We definitely will! It was my first time at Jack in the Box and certainly will not be the last!!!! Thanks Emma!!!!!!!“

“I want to shout out to the manager Michelle she is seriously the best hands down. I had a problem with my order on the mobile app and she took care of it no problem. She's by far the best warm welcoming manager I've come across. She definitely deserves a raise and bigger promotion.

“This location is VERY low staffed.
Fortunately for the owners, they have a few FANTASTIC employees... We waited literally 35 minutes for our food...in the drive thru.. it was shit, food was not totally cooked, etc.. however, the kid in the window was awesome.. Get your act together MANAGEMENT there are some quality employees busting thier humps for those owners... seems there must be further issues, no reason that place has 2 or 3 people working evenings at dinner rush.“
