Refused service to a disabled member of our party with a service animal. The owner claims she will "happily pay the fine" for denying service. She was beyond ignorant of the laws and beyond rude!

we were standing outside and their outdoor dining area waiting to order. The staff chose to ignore us and and continue taking orders of new customers coming in , we were told that we could wait and she would get to us when she could, so eight of us were turned away
