Go inside to order not allowed to talk to nobody I have to order through the automated screen inside told if I wanted to order I would have to go through the drive-thru which I thought was BS I go through I make the order my bill is $5 more than what it should be and I asked about the discount that was it being advertised and that was for online order or ordering through the little screen inside let me tell you something for as nasty as food as McDonald's is $15 for a McChicken a McDouble and small fry which is supposed to be $5 so you order two of those there's 10 bucks when I asked why it was more again I was told I had to go through the automated system or the app to get that rate let me tell you I will not ever order anything from this McDonald's and I am going to find out who the owner is for this franchise and I am going to file a formal complaint with corporate I had to pay to talk to a live person what are rip-off special for the garbage you get from McDonald's

First, we usually don't eat at McDonalds, but when we do this is the one to go to! Was early morning before the sun came up, placed a breakfast order for several of us and the team member, Candace was fantastic to talk to. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items, helpful with choices (we had a large order we were delivering in town). When we pulled to the window she helped us with the mobile app as we really didn't know how it worked, she was very patient and showed how it worked so we could easily understand everything. Before we knew it our order was ready. With her help we saved 20% on that order, and that order was perfectly done fresh! Candace is an awesome person to meet, she is very personable, friendly and prompt...she knows her stuff and you'll leave in a good mood after meeting her. Got into town (for a craft show) and everything was still fresh and hot, everyone got what they wanted and enjoyed everything. A+ Customer Service, seriously!

Everything was alright but they added an excessive amount of sauce on my Big Mac.

Placed online order at about 9pm and 3-4 mins before pulling to window. No cars ahead of us but still had to wait almost 4mins to receive items. We ordered NO cheese due to a severe allergy. Since the label was properly on the container, my husband didn't check. Sure enough 2 slices of cheese were melted onto the qtr pounder. NO cheese clearly on the label yet cheese all over sandwich. Stinks after driving all day and being exhausted. Fries were also cold and horrible. Only positive was the manager Natalie was super apologetic when I called and offered a full refund in the am. Since we were traveling another 11 hours to a funeral, we chose not to waste our time getting our $11+ back, especially when we decided to get breakfast at the next exit to guarantee accuracy and freshness. Sadly, worst Mcds experience ever. Also, I do the surveys every time to get a free sandwich and our receipt was missing crucial info required to complete one.
Food was fine but the staff was rude and took 30 minutes for the drive thru just for one sandwich.

Night crew are a solid 1. Morning and Day crew must be pulling the average up.
Big mac made incorrectly, had to wait 10 minutes for the new one. Shut off the lobby soda machine at 9:30 then didn't make the drinks with the orders. The person assembling the bags/trays (shift manager) implied one of us didn't order a drink when we both ordered meals. Lobby posted hours are 11 but all the chairs were pulled from the tables making a barrier to half the seating. Interacted with 3 crew members, 2 were good but the crew leader/shift manager did not want us in the lobby.
